13 for 13 🦓⛰️ This October I’ll be taking on the UK’s 3 highest peaks — Ben Nevis, Ben Macdui & Braeriach — raising money and awareness for Ehlers-Danlos Support UK 🤍 This is a cause that has become very personal to me, so I’m excited to take this on! 🎟️ I’ll also be running a raffle and I’m still looking for prize donations! If you’re a local business, or have any contacts who may be able to help, please pop me a message 🤍 Any donations, raffle prizes or even just sharing the challenge would mean so much! 🦓 #13for13 #EDSUK #EhlersDanlosSyndromes #InvisibleDisability #Fundraising taken in Scottish Highlands by @tegansmith_x

Introducing… WELLNESS WEDNESDAY ✨ A brand new TMWUK finalist series starts today! Over the coming weeks, we’ll be handing Wednesdays over to our 2026 finalists and finding out what wellness looks like in their world. It could be a gym session, a long walk, their favourite healthy meal, a bit of self-care, time outdoors or simply something that helps them reset and feel their best. There’s no one version of wellness and we want this series to give you a little glimpse behind the finalist face cards and into the women joining us this November. And who better to kick off our very first Wellness Wednesday than Tegan! Over to you, Tegan… 👇 “Wellness for me is all about finding balance and doing things that make me feel good both physically and mentally! I love keeping active and trying different things, but getting outdoors will always be one of my favourites 🤍 Living in the Scottish Highlands, I’m so lucky to have so much right on my doorstep. Whether it’s hiking, mountain biking or wild swimming, getting outside is one of my favourite ways to keep fit and clear my head!” www.TopModeloftheWorldUK.co.uk UK Model Finalist @tegansmith_x 💃🏼 International Organisation @wbotopmodel 🌎 National Organisation @topmodeloftheworlduk 🇬🇧 #topmodeloftheworlduk #wellness #modellife #wednesday #selfcare taken in United Kingdom by @tegansmith_x
