This one hurts… I never thought that this day would come💔. It’s hard to say goodbye to something that has meant everything to me. Alexandria Cardinal Football, thank you for all the memories, the lessons, and most importantly—the family. Getting to go to war with my best friends for the past 10 years has been the greatest experience of my life.

To my teammates — thank you for always supporting me, cheering me on, and having my back no matter what. To my coaches — thank you for believing in me, for giving me chances to prove myself, and for being apart of my life from day 1. I’ll forever be in debt to all of you.

But the thing that hurts the most... for 18 years, I’ve been able to go to practice with my dad, watch film with my dad, celebrate with my dad, and play for my dad. I’ll never forget the feeling of walking onto that field with him, with my brother right by my side, and with my Mom yelling from the stands. The memories we’ve made together will stay with me forever. Sorry, Dad — I couldn’t get the job finished.

Heartbroken is a huge understatement. Alexandria Cardinal Football has been so much more than just a game to me — it’s been my family, my purpose, my home.
