Who spends a lot of time in their mind?

I made this song last summer while I was off the grid spending a lot of time alone.. and a lot of time thinking. Many of us experience rumination and cyclical thoughts.. some call it the *monkey mind* …it’s stronger when we aren’t distracting ourselves in some way. Once we can become conscious of them, we can also see how much fear dictates these thoughts. Lesson to further let go, to breathe, and to trust…

Creating & vibing music is my favourite way to tap into the harmonious spaces that release the relentless mind. Music can shift energy in such a profound way. Spending time with the earth and the sky are powerful for tapping into this sense of ‘flow’.

Thank you @natasha_pascale for once again coming thru with such gorgeous cosmic art that depicts the vibrations ✨

Thank you for the master on this track my beautiful Mexican pal @buxeyotl_music

& Thank youu all for listening to “Flow”
Hope it takes you to that place too 💫

✨ REALMS EP AVAILABLE TO LISTEN MEOW ✨ 😻 link found in bio

Feels beautiful to release the project that we started years ago as a collaboration piece. So much has changed since then.. both in our personal lives and on a collective level. The title ‘Realms’ represents the multidimensionality this human experience offers. It depicts ones growth both on the physical and soul planes. Anton and his production studio brought my souls expressions into physical form with this EP. This project deeply supported my growth as a creator. ‘Sinner’ was birthed early in my song writing process..and the last track ‘Risen’ had given me the freedom to experiment with the production side.

We are sharing this with the new moon because just like every cycle in life... when one chapter closes another unfolds.. and I’m ready to allow in the space of new beginnings, new journeys. I won’t be in Canada for much longer but my time here has blessed me with really special connections and collaborations that I know in my heart will never end, no matter where my soul flows me.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this craft and to those who have supported me by just holding space in love. Cheers to you!!!! And cheers to us 🥰💫💫💫

STARS* AND DIVINE ONLINE VIDEO RELEASE IN 2 DAYS!!!! (Nov 6th)

Thank you for taking the time to listen/watch/feel these creations and for sharing them with your loved ones 🙏✌️✨✨✨blessings
