God has been better to me than words could ever explain. Happy Birthday, Tekevwe! Today is another reminder that life itself is a gift, and every birthday is a privilege, not a promise.

Beyond the glam, today is a deep pause of gratitude. Today is about honoring the resilience behind the smile. God has been so intentional with my life, shaping me into a woman of strength, peace, and purpose. Looking at where I stand today, my heart is full of gratitude for the grace that carried me, the mercy that covered me, and the love that never let me go. Grateful for life, grounded in love, and expectant for all that this new chapter holds, here’s to living fully in my purpose, walking boldly in God’s calling, and embracing every blessing he has already prepared for me.

Living in the Caribbean as a med student will randomly give you mornings like this and suddenly the stress feels worth it for a second 😭🇧🇧🐎

waking up before sunrise for horse riding at Pebbles Beach, watching the horses bathe in the ocean, seeing the rainbow, the sunrise, the peaceful beach… genuinely one of my favorite experiences in Barbados so far.

and after my Saint Lucia horse riding experience had me fighting for my life a little bit 😭 these horses were actually SO calm and friendly.

safe to say i’d wake up at 5 a.m. again for this 🤍
