Hey guys, something you might not know about me is that I am an absolute sucker for Photoshop! I've been using it since I was 14 I think, and haven't stoped.
My first steps into the VFX world and more specifically compositing, where through Photoshop.
So, whenever I see a poster or something of the sort I like to analyse it. This happened with me yesterday with the new Star Wars: The Acolyte by Disney+, and the scene being set in Madeira Island, my home, I took a special interest in it, and noticed some technical issues with it.
So I did what I like to do, bring the poster to Photoshop, and try my best to make it better.
- The main issues I noticed with it where the water not reflecting basically anything from the sky, barely any color or elements (sun); and also the whole scene is too bright.
- I am assuming that this is a sunset so it should be more silhouetty (if this is even a word).
- Also, the big mountain/rock in the background it's not interacting well with the sun, it should have more light bouncing on it's edges.
These were my main issues with the poster.
These two pics in the bottom are the before and after.
Hope you guys like it!

DISCLAIMER

First things first, this post bellow is not a diss at The Walt Disney Company, the artist/artists and the company who did the following poster. It's just my take on it, since I didn't think it was accurate enough. Don't take this as arrogance. taken in Portugal by @telmusy

¿Cómo se llama? (¡Sí!), ¿bonita? (¡Sí!) Shakira Shakira 🎶

Exactly a week ago I got to witness probably the best show I’ve ever been on! I’ve seen Shakira before and both times were great, but nothing could have prepared me for how great this time would be, from the pre show to the post show! It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!
Thank you to my friends who gifted me Shakira tickets for my bday, you guys are the best!

Yesterday I fullfield a childhood dream, it might seem trivial to many people but for me wasn’t, it was me telling little Telmo ‘Hey kid we’re witnessing this first hand, we’re singing Cody’s song as he comes in, we’re serenading Seth Rollins, your fav wrestler’!
I had a massive smile all the way through, it was definitely a ‘pinch me’ moment! The atmosphere, the whole energy was something out of this world!
It was one hell of a night, and again for little Telmo it was a dream come true!! Thank you @wwe for coming to Portugal and for making myself a little but happier! Thank you @mikethemiz for your efforts in Portuguese, it was great!! Thank you @wwerollins for having a song that makes my voice dissapear, thank you @trickwilliams_wwe for being so approachable and nice, thank you to the rest of the superstars that made my night amazing! @rhearipley_wwe @charlottewwe @tiffanywwe @jacyjaynewwe @fallon_wwe @carmelo_wwe @samizayn @reallaknight @americannightmarecody @talla_tonga @wwejevonevans @official_ego @liliangarcia @wwerobinson @gunther_wwe @penta_zero_miedo @dominik_35 @danhausenad @archerofinfamy taken in MEO Arena by @telmusy
