Nobody doing Basel like we do!! In the words of @johnnyjbutler_ that is just actual factuals. Shoutout to the best team in the business, my extremely solid and thorough besties, @whartonartclub, and of course my dear family. I feel so lucky. I don’t know how we top this but I’m sure we’ll find a way. & if you went to Basel this year and didn’t see any art…. I’m judging you 🫵🏾 #respectfully taken in Art Basel Miami Beach by @temiautomatic

Africa Now & Next 🌍

8 months of planning, 8 stress naps, 8 outfit changes, 8 million group chats, ate it up.

Serving as VP of both Content & Panels and Entertainment for this year’s Wharton Africa Business Forum, the oldest African Business Conference in the US, was an unfathomable undertaking and an absolute honor. From sourcing 14 speakers across panels and keynotes to serving as the chairman of enjoyment in charge of the welcome and after parties, through this experience, I have learned so much about commitment, perseverance, and dedication.

Thank you to my parents @bisabutler @johnnyjbutler_ for their unwavering support and always showing up for me. Thank you @boriskodjoe for traveling across the country to speak to us, and to @vicmensa for hanging with me in Philly twice in one month!

And to my incredibly talented and inspirational friends and colleagues from all walks of life who traveled far and wide to share their wisdom with us. I am so incredibly grateful for you all:

@cindy.agi
@shayroyale
@tundelvrn
@seanokeke
@seunnyc
@adebooms
@laolynyc
@abstractexit
@adefolakunmi
@amirarasool
@mindofasante
@simimoonlight

Finally, a special shoutout to the WABF chairs Fran, Michaela, Amara, and Youssef, whose tenacity and vision made this all possible. You should be incredibly proud of what you’ve been able to create. This legacy will live on forever. taken in The Wharton School by @temiautomatic
