Hi nurses and nursing students,

I remember dipping my feet in the water of this career thinking okay not too bad , and the waters started rising and brahh I was almost drowning in the sea of self-doubt, lots of uncertainty and a stab at my ego (still get some of those days to be honest)

What helped was recapping my shift and a lot of debriefing with @ify_roberts and my mom (sometimes without consent 😅 - look up trauma dumping).

I recently started packing a med bag and highly recommend especially if going abroad.

Tried e-sim for the first time and it is now a staple going forward
