If I remember correctly, I didn’t finish this plate

I barely had the dip and the sauce in the food because it was so oily

Big back activities. I was so full after! 😹

This was pretty greasy but, it was a good meal

Healthier drink options yunno

I only ate about half of the pounded yam ANDDDD pounded yam is way healthier than that creamy pasta 🌝

Potatoes might just be the easiest way to carry me away at this point 😹

This was really good!!

Anyone up for a challenge? 😅

Again, intentional choices. Everyone else on this table had pounded yam + egusi and palm wine this day.

You can also read through the Weightloss highlight pinned on my post to read through the frequently asked questions 🤍

See you next time! 😹🤍 by @temitemsss

People are often shocked when I say losing weight for me was 70% dieting and 30% physical activity.

For this, you have to pay attention to the composition of your plate. I often target but do not limit myself to:
- 50 - 60% veggies, 40 - 50% protein
- 30 - 40% carbs, 60% protein
- 50% fibre, 50% protein

Oats barely made it to the camera, but I eat them a decent number of times, both whole and as a smoothie. Remember, it’s a lifelong journey, not a quick fix.

I have shared more tips on how I lost about 30kg+ without going to the gym in my guide and you can access it with the link on my bio 🤍 by @temitemsss

I’m 5’8 btw, and I lost all of it without going to the gym

October | Final Q. 🤍 by @temitemsss

September💙

…and that’s one thing that remains fascinating to me about being behind the scenes: the countless efforts + chaos that go into producing anything at all. It’s something a random person would never be able to tell just by looking at the finished product.

New makeup and hair? A girl’s favorite thing to unbox😹

Especially if you attend the Gbagada campus. Tell me why? 😹

Qt.

I made a couple of things in September and this ikokore was definitely top 3.

1. Jollof + eggs + chicken + fish
2. Tried the palm oil + water test
3. MY FAMOUS AKARA!🥹
4. Ikokore + fish + goat meat + snails
5. Grilled potatoes + eggs
6. Gizzard + dodo + carrots
