Many kids don’t know how to explain sadness.

What if we taught kids coping skills before big emotions take over?”
Sadness often shows up as anger, shutdowns, or tears — not words.”

I saw kids struggling and adults unsure how to help.
So I created a gentle story + coloring book that teaches coping skills in kid-friendly language and pictures.

✔ Helps kids name feelings
✔ Encourages healthy expression
✔ Creates calm connection time”

Created by a mental-health professional/mom, with a heart for children and an understanding of the parenting struggles.

In a world full of buss down middle parts, be a 90s fine type of girl. You know. The Ashley and Hillary Banks. The Laura Winslows, the Whitley and Moesha. It’s okay to take it back old school. ♥️ (caption stolen from @lovechanellenje) because I couldn’t have said it better. 😊
