Got a hardware-store run on your October to-do list? Make it count for your neighbors, too.

All month long, you can round up your purchase at these participating Tempe Paul's Ace Hardware locations:

929 E Broadway Rd
1153 W Broadway Rd

Those extra cents might seem small, but together, they help TCAA provide essential resources and support to Tempe neighbors who need a little extra help.

So grab the paint, fix that leaky faucet, tackle the weekend project, and when you check out, just round up for TCAA.

It’s an easy way to shop local, give local, and make a difference right here in our community.

A big thank-you to our friends at Paul's Ace Hardware for helping make it possible! by @tempeaction

September is Hunger Action Month, but for our neighbors experiencing food insecurity, the need for reliable access to food doesn't end when September does.

As we head into the months ahead, we're thinking about what it takes to make sure everyone in our community has enough to eat, not just today, but throughout the year.

At TCAA, our Food Pantry helps Tempe residents access nutritious food when they need it. Every bag of groceries represents one less thing a neighbor has to worry about.

This Hunger Action Month, help us keep our pantry stocked and our community nourished. 🩵

Our neighbors come to TCAA for many reasons. And because life doesn’t fit neatly into one category, neither does our work. 🩵

From putting food on the table to keeping a roof overhead, accessing health resources or building greater financial stability, we’re here to support Tempe residents through the challenges they’re facing.

Our work centers around four impact areas:

🍎 Food Security
🏠 Housing Stability
💗 Health & Well-Being
🌱 Economic Mobility

Different needs. Different paths. One community.

That’s what community action looks like.

You may have heard of donor-advised funds, but what exactly are they?

A DAF can be a flexible tool for charitable giving, but it's not the only strategy worth knowing about. At DAFs, Drafts & More!, local financial professionals will share quick, practical insights on DAFs and other approaches to charitable giving, including potential tax benefits.

No long, boring presentations. Just three quick 5-minute talks, good conversation, and plenty of time to ask questions.

Chicken Alfredo was on the menu tonight, and we had so much fun cooking, serving , and spending time with everyone. It made it even more special getting to serve alongside my best friend and my mom! 🫶🏼

So grateful for opportunities to give back to our community and serve others. Thank you, TCAA, for letting us be a part of it! 💕 taken in Tempe Community Action Agency by @tempeaction
