One block, endless possibilities. 🔥 Tempeh isn’t just a one-trick protein—it’s a kitchen MVP. Whether you’re meal-prepping for the week or throwing something together last minute, it’s all about how you slice (or dice) it. Here’s how to cut it based on what you’re making: 🌱 Crumble it for tacos, pasta sauce, or breakfast scrambles. 🌱Cube it for stir-fries, grain bowls, or skewers. 🌱Slice it for sandwiches, wraps, or burgers. 🌱Strips for frying, baking, or dunking in your favorite dip. However you prep it, tempeh is always bringing the flavour. What’s your go-to way to cook it? 👀 #plantbasedprotein #veganfood #healthyrecipes #veganrecipes #dinnerideas #cookingskills #vancouvereats #yvreats #bcfoodandbev #canadianbrand #smallbusiness #tempeh by @tempeafoods

Snack on this bite of info!! 😋 Did you know that tempeh is a feel good food for your belly?? The fermentation process used to make tempeh, creates a powerhouse of probiotics that help support digestion and gut health.👍 A big bonus – Tempeh has more fibre than most plant-based proteins since the soybeans are kept whole.
