💕AceAttober Day 3: Music
(⚠️ Spoilers on the rest of the slides!)

Or, I guess it could also be considered more so Day 8: Past…? I originally conceived the idea through the Music prompt, but retroactively it can be considered more so fitting the the “Past” prompt I suppose hehe.

The Guitar’s Serenade but with a twist…? Ngl, I kinda fumbled the execution of this, at least color wise. I do really like using more saturated, bold colors like these because I think they suit the lineart style that I like. But I definitely need more practice making them cohesive hehe. It’s been fun experimenting with them so far for AceAttober though!! 🤗💓

I mentioned this in the first caption but I can go into a little more depth here - when I first saw the music prompt I instantly pictured drawing Lamirior for it. And I also consequently thought of The Guitar’s Serenade with Klavier. I was initially thinking of drawing those two (sorry Klavier 🥲) but once I was thinking about the lyrics more - those “Burn my love away” lyrics made me want to try to entirely recontextualize everything around how she lost Jove and Apollo. 🥹 She always looked so sad during the performance, I wondered if in her locked away memories some emotions come over her for having lost everything once before in a fire… err - I guess now looking back I think it was Valant pretending to be her for the trick (it’s been years since I played Apollo Justice, I do want to replay it some time though!!) - but I guess the idea is there? 😆

One thing I am happy with at least is the lineart!! 🤗💕 I loveeee doing this style of lineart, it makes lining my favorite part of the art process now hehe. Though since I struggle with the kind of colors I think suit the style more I think for the rest of the prompts I’ll use my regular lining and coloring style going forward. But I’ll be sure to keep practicing till I nail this new style down - because I really am in love with doing these lines hehe. 🥰

Meme time. :3 Made this one myself. Thalassa really is so beautiful, she’s the most beautiful woman in Ace Attorney to me, though it’s a hard pick because literally all the Ace Attorney women are so gorgeous…!!

🩷AceAttober 2026 Day 1: Objection!
(⚠️Spoilers on the rest of the slides)

Joining this challenge a little late - I was indecisive for a while, but I suddenly got a lot of inspiration out of nowhere hehe.

I was originally going to do a batch of quick doodles for various prompts, but then I ended up investing WAY more time into this first one than I planned because I really fell in love with the idea I had and wanted to make it look nicer haha.

Among other personal factors I think I’ll just be doing a select few prompts that really inspire me and invest in those pieces overall instead of doing every single prompt. 🤗💓

And here we go, my take on the prompt! These are honestly my favorite “Objection” moments in the entire AA series - not just because it’s my favs doing it (though that’s certainly a huge factor hehe) but because it’s just a hilarious bit. In AAI2-5 when you hear “Edgeworth” object, with his iconic sound clip and everything, but then he’s like “that wasn’t me!” and it’s revealed it was just Simeon impersonating him cracks me up - a bit so good they had to run it back and have it happen to Phoenix too in Duel Destinies with the Phantom and it was still just as silly. 🤣

I thought it would be fun to draw them both stealing their iconic Objection poses as well for this! They’re not meant to be happening simultaneously (since the timeline would break haha) I was just trying to go for a more comic book like paneling/parallels for the composition! Had a ton of fun with this!! 🩷🩷🩷 And I already have 2 more prompts I have rough sketches for too, so looking forward to working on refining those now that this one is all settled. 👀

I’m adding in the color-less lineart version here too because I….kinda am not 100% happy with how the colors ended up turning out. But I really love the lineart, I’m kind of addicted to this style of lineart ever since I first tried it out during Art Fight hehe. I also wish I had somehow figured out how to fill the space above the Phantom’s arm because it feels empty/off in terms of the overall composition - but otherwise really happy with how this turned out!

Just some bonus memes bc I wanted to add them to the post he by @tempestuouscircus

Basili Brew - Cirque du Sonore Troupe Members (2/10) 🎪🩵

Here’s a character I’ve had for a while but never really shared or had drawn before hehe. I’m trying to make an effort to finally draw them all (eventually…I have so many 😀)

Also I don’t know how to write in cursive so excuse my handwriting - I tried to give his reference sheet a different vibe with it but didn’t execute it as well as I hoped. 😅

But this is Basili Brew! A fellow member of Cirque du Sonore! He’s a Circus Clown, but his theming is around bartending, and he has his own bar at the circus where serving drinks is a performance in itself - and he does it with a cool and collected flair and style (he also serves non alcoholic drinks, so anyone is welcome to watch his performances) 🍹 by @tempestuouscircus

Carrie Joy - Cirque du Sonore Troupe Members (1/10) 🎪💕

I don’t have anything to post - and probably won’t for a little while longer - so I thought I might as well post these character reference sheets I did for ArtFight earlier in the year hehe.

Some might remember my clown girlie Carrie Joy!! And if you do remember her, I want to mention that I definitely have plans to make characters sheets like this for Minnie and Betty too. 🥰

But to re-introduce her; especially since I’ve worked out a proper story for her too! This is Carrie Joy! 🎪🩷 She a circus clown and the Ringleader of a circus troupe called Cirque du Sonore! She entertains and delights audiences with her wit and charm - and makes sure the show runs smoothly. 💕

Cirque du Sonore was founded as a circus troupe to nurture and encourage self expression and whimsy for the troupe members, but also share that joy and magic to audiences as well! Hope to introduce the other members of the troupe over time! 🤗💝 by @tempestuouscircus

6th attack!! 💪 I honestly can’t believe I’ve managed to make this many attacks so far hehe.

This cutie pie is Ajay! 🐸💚 As soon as I saw him I knew I had to draw him, the frog theme to his design was too adorable. After pink, green is actually my favorite color. 🍏🌱🍀🪀

And also this is for yet another friend here on insta! This attack is for @pumpkin.illustrations (who goes by pumpkinillustrates on Art Fight! 🩷) by @tempestuouscircus

My 5th art fight attack! 🌱💚 Another special attack for me since it’s for a long time friend! 🫶💕

The lovely and gentle Ophélie, who loves gardening. Her aesthetic really inspired me and made me want to do a semi-background for this piece to show her surrounded by flowers! 🌹

Also on the second slide I added the base linework I did because I’m super proud and happy about it. Line work is not usually my favorite part of the art process haha, but this time I had so much fun with it and fell in love with the results!

Second batch of Art Fight attacks incoming.✌️💞

Starting off with my 4th attack, which quite possibly is one of the most unique character concepts/designs I’ve taken on drawing. Lestari - who represents the concept of Time. The lore behind them was so interesting to read in their artfight description.

This is also extra special because it’s a revenge attack! This artist was actually the first to attack me, I got a really beautiful art of my clown girly Carrie!! 🥹💓 So that’s why I wanted to put in some extra thought/effort and details into this piece.

Thanks again so much for attacking me!! This revenge attack was for @vaciomalva (who goes by the same username on Art Fight! 🩷) by @tempestuouscircus

Third attack!! Last one from this batch too. 😌 Yet again, another character design I really loved and had to draw!! This is Levvy, an angel that likes to tease but is actually quite shy. 🪽🤍

I also included an alternate version on the second slide that I also really liked for the more dreamy like vibe - but for the official attack I liked the brighter version on the first slide, felt more angelic. 👼

Going to post my first batch of Art Fight attacks! Here’s the very first attack. As soon as I saw her I fell in love with her design! 🥰 This is Lenore - a vampire who prefers researching blood instead of drinking it! 🦇🩸

I wanted to real quick have a third post as a buffer before starting to post some of my art fight attacks - so I’m bringing back this super old little fanart from years ago that I did of Pink and Volleyball that I never posted (even on my old account) but that I still really love, even to this day!! 🩷 by @tempestuouscircus

August 1st-7th will be International Clown Week! 🎪
💕
.
.
.
I’ve been wanting to do this for so long, and I FINALLY put together my very own personal, clown inspired prompt list for the upcoming week of goofiness and hijinks next month! 🥳

If anyone reading this wants to participate as well, you’re absolutely welcome to!! Please either tag me, or use the hashtag #tempestuousclownweek26 so I can like/share your clowny arts! Interpret the prompts however you like! 💓

Also there is NO set deadline for this, you can do the prompts whenever! It doesn’t have to be only during the 1st-7th of August. I say this because I myself will most definitely not be able to do the prompts timely, since Art Fight in July is going to take up all my energy. 😅 So if you want to participate, don’t feel constricted by dates - Clown Time is Any Time! 🥳

Also I plan to make this a yearly tradition, there were so many prompts I brainstormed that I didn’t end up including that I’ll save up for next year. 👀 by @tempestuouscircus
