The most dialed in season I’ve ever had in my life.

I’m grateful for all of it. ✍🏽🤟🏽🚀

I cannot wait to show you what @reefdesignbuild and I are building 😤

Noah turns 16 today!!!!

I want to tell you about this kid for a minute. He came into my life when he was 3 months when I fell in love with him and his mom @denisedwalker_

His dad and I are like brothers and have been close from the start. Raising him with this dynamic of two dads is one of the things that makes Noah so special, learning and absorbing lessons from each side and seeing us as a unit is rare and special.

Noah, was and is the glue that held Denise and I together in our early years. Truly without him I would not be the man I am today. In many ways he saved me along with his brother King.

Today Noah is passionate about hoops, friends, fitness, and making money 😂

And before you get any thoughts of oh a spoiled kid getting a bmw for his first car, here are a few things he currently does.

- Full time college classes as a 15 year old
- Works at the coolest sneaker shop in town and crushes it
- Has hard money loans with his own money that create cash flow that cover everything he does
- Trains in hoops and boxing with the best and puts in the work
- Lifts daily
- Eats steak and avocado and eggs and says if you don’t you’re not locked in 😂
- is an incredible big brother and friend

To the funniest, dopest, most hard working 16 year old I know. I’m proud of you son. We love you.

Happy birthday Noniiiiiiii!

Yooo just wanted to jump on and say how grateful I am for all of you. This app plays a huge part in my ability to market myself, share my life and business and connect with so many of you across the world.

Especially my clients and referall partners who trust me day in and day out to handle their largest assets and money.

The vision is incredibly clear for 2027. Continue to perfect exactly what I’m doing now.

Helping clients with buying, selling, and investing in the highest end luxury and architectural real estate Arizona has to offer; while building it as well in my development company.

My hope is to be top of mind when that need shows up in your world and to be seen as the obvious option.

Some cool opportunities coming up for agents that are looking to break into luxury and design and level up their business.

But for now, stay tuned. Thank you for real for real. And love y’all.

Yo, I see you.

DO NOT QUIT!

The results are going to be what they are. But I’m gonna say something real quick that might make you flinch…

Are you ACTUALLY doing the daily work to be successful?

Because if you do. Day in and day out. I promise you this career will work. This life will work.

But the standards you keep must be just that A STANDARD.

Here are a few of my non negotiables in business to sell, renovate, build, and buy luxury real estate here in the valley.

In no order

- track every lead
- 10 great calls a day
- one quality piece of content a day
- 1-2 hours of product knowledge or market study (where and what are deals essentially)
- save and invest at least 20% of each dollar
- Spend way more than is appropriate on gift giving to the most important relationships in your business.
- stop over thinking. Post. Talk your shit. Ask for the business.

A buddies title company held a broker open at our new Chandler renovation.

They were giving away reels and headshots. I stopped in just to check in and you know me before you knew it was mic’s up and hitting a video! (Thank you btw @blholloway )

But anyway this baby is sold, but I didn’t want to waste the video. 😂

All things luxury real estate 🤝🫶

“Temp, I want to break into luxury.”

Ok, dope. You absolutely can.

But it won’t be by looking and acting like every other “luxury” yahoo and pretending to be something you’re not.

Your car, your watch, your bag, your whatever won’t matter, unless it matters to you.

The right people will feel your truth and authenticity and really mess with you. The others won’t. And in this space, you only need a handful of great ones each year to live a great life.

Be on purpose. Be you. Your tribe will find you 🫶🏼

When you acknowledge the truth that there is no “done" you can start to find peace 🤝

Not gonna sugar coat it. Market is tough.

But we still sold 6 million worth of houses in October. And thats just me and two assistants.

Less but better 🤝

$1.26 million purchase with my girls on the kitchen counter at home this evening.

There was a time when some of the stuff we do now was not even in my wildest dreams.

A coffee meeting with one of my best friends @miguelprado.v today helped me really get some clarity on the long game I’m playing.

What’s crazy is really big financial numbers 10-15-20 years out seem crazy. But the actual day to day to get there is pretty simple. Nothing is out of reach. Is just stacking weeks, into months, into quarters, into years.

Everyone wants it now. In an instant. Every time I’ve had or seen one of those opportunities they were inevitably too good to be true.

Success comes from becoming the version of you that knows how to do 2-3 critical things each day for a long period of time without missing. That’s it.

Today was another key brick laid in the life we are creating. I love you @denisedwalker_ thankful for you always believing in the vision. You deserve the world.

Took mama on a field trip this morning.

She had not seen the custom builds in Tempe.

It’s so cool to start to walk the floor plan and get a sense for the scope and feel of it all.

Thankful to have her by my side always believing in the vision 🫶

Only getting started 🤝
