✨meet the faces behind tempo tone✨

two instructors, one shared passion, bringing people together through music, movement, and a whole lot of energy. ♡

meet reagan 🤍
ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor with 4 years of experience and future L&D Nurse in training!

her favorite part of group fitness?
the sense of belonging and community that comes from moving together.

she’s most excited to build a space through tempo & tone where people from all levels and wellness journeys can connect, have fun, and find joy in movement.

meet neala 🤍
AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, dance teacher/director, and dance coach for 5 years!

turning a lifelong passion for movement into a career has been one of the most rewarding parts of her journey.

her favorite part of group fitness?
those moments when the music is loud, the energy is contagious, and everyone gets to forget about the outside world for a little while.

she’s especially excited to build tempo & tone alongside reagan, who first trained her in group fitness and continues to inspire her as an instructor.

different journeys. shared passion. one community.

we can’t wait to move with you. 💜
