Golden Penny Chicken Noodles, but make them your way! This is mine

For the Golden Penny Cook & Win, I decided to make mine loaded with beef, smoked kpanla, stockfish, sausage, dried plantain, pepper, onions, and curry leaf.

And the result? A delicious, spicy and flavour packed bowl!

What I used:

• Golden Penny Chicken Noodles – 70g
• Beef
• Smoked kpanla (smoked hake)
• Stockfish flakes
• Sausage
• Dried plantain
• Pepper mix
• Onion
• Curry leaf
• Groundnut/vegetable oil or butter

A dream I have carried for a long time.

I have always imagined creating a series where I share simple, nourishing food, recipes, juices and smoothies for toddlers a space that would grow into something bigger.

Deep down, I always knew I wanted to start it when I had my own child.

And then God gave me a baby girl.

Motherhood gave this dream a deeper meaning, and being a professional chef with experience in baking and cooking gave me the foundation to bring it to life.

Today, on my 30th birthday, I’m finally saying “Hello 30” by bringing another dream to life.

Hello 30 Temitope 💞

A new year. A new decade. A new measure of faith.

“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.” Ephesians 3:20

At 30, I am choosing to believe God for the immeasurable.

For the things I have prayed for, the things I have not yet thought to ask for, and the things I cannot even imagine yet.

May this year exceed my expectations in ways only
God can explain.

30, i welcome you with faith.
I welcome you with expectation.
I welcome you believing that God is not finished with my story.

Here’s to everything I can see, everything I have prayed for, and everything God has prepared beyond my imagination.

From preparing for this moment the night before, to watching my baby walk into it the next morning… this moment was everything.

First uniform. First school bag. First classroom. First big girl adventure. 🥹

And of course, we had to keep her fresh to school with @stormbodyspray Cute, Angel & Candy.

Mirella, may this new chapter be filled with beautiful memories, wisdom, confidence, friendships and so much joy.

Our very first school haul!

My baby is starting school for the first time and I’m not even sure I can explain how excited I am for this new chapter. I definitely outdid myself with the preparation 😂 and this is only the first set because I couldn’t possibly fit everything into one video.

From shopping to getting the kitchen ready and preparing all the little things for her first day, I’m documenting it all.

It’s finally feeling real… my baby is going to school! 😭

The TBETribe travelled all the way back to the ’80s just to say THANK YOU!

Our 3rd Wedding Anniversary came with so much love, beautiful messages, calls, prayers and well wishes, and honestly… we got the memo!

To our amazing friends, family and loved ones, thank you for celebrating us, for remembering us, for praying for our home and for making our anniversary even more special.

Three years ago today, we stood before the law and made a decision that would change our lives forever.

Looking back, I realize that what we signed was more than a marriage certificate it was a commitment to choose each other through every season. The ink may have dried, but the covenant has only grown stronger.

These three years have brought moments of joy, lessons, answered prayers, unexpected blessings, and the beautiful privilege of building a home together. Through it all, one truth remains undeniable:

Mercy spoke… and it’s still speaking.

God has been our anchor, our peace, and our strength. Every chapter of our story bears the fingerprints of His faithfulness.

To my husband, thank you for every sacrifice, every prayer, every laugh, and every day you continue to choose us. Thank you for being my partner in this beautiful journey.

Here’s to the memories we’ve made, the family we’re raising, and the many years God still has in store for us.

If June taught me anything, it’s that God never wastes a season.

Every prayer, every lesson, every opportunity, every “wait,” and every unexpected blessing made sense in the end.

I’m leaving this month with a grateful heart and walking into July with bigger faith.
