Today I spontaneously got baptized 🤍 I needed a reset God Whispered to me & told me this is just my Pregame I haven’t seen anything yet & Thankyou to My Uncle @kdugggie There was a season in my life when I honestly didn’t understand what God was doing. I had moments where I felt overwhelmed, uncertain, uncomfortable, and forced to make decisions I never thought I would have to make. There were things, people, places, and situations that I had to release—even when I wasn’t ready.

But looking back, I can see that God was intentional the entire time.

What I thought was rejection, God was using as redirection.
What I thought was an ending, God was making room for a beginning.
What I thought was a setback, God was using to realign me with His will.

There were moments when I had to keep going while still trying to figure everything out. I had responsibilities, my children to think about, my family to love, and a future I couldn’t see clearly yet. But God continued to give me strength for every day.

I’m a mother of two boys, and being their mother has given me another reason to keep believing, praying, growing, and becoming everything God has called me to be. I want my children to see what it looks like when a woman refuses to give up on God, even when life doesn’t look the way she imagined.

I’ve learned that sometimes God will allow you to outgrow a season before you understand why you had to leave it.

He has been teaching me to trust Him more than I trust what I see.

I’m learning that I don’t have to chase what God has already ordained for me. I don’t have to force doors open. I don’t have to hold onto things simply because they are familiar.

If God closes it, I trust Him.
If God removes it, I trust Him.
If God redirects me, I trust Him.
If God tells me to wait, I trust Him.

Because I know now that God is intentional.

I’m entering a different season of my life—an alignment and harvest season according to the will of God. And I believe everything I survived was preparing me for what I prayed for.

My story isn’t perfect. I’ve cried. I’ve questioned. I’ve been disappointed. I’ve had to start over. But through every chapter, God never stopped being God. by @ten0six

🥹💙 My baby boy is going to daycare/preschool…

And I honestly don’t know if Mama is ready. 😭 It feels like just yesterday I was holding you in my arms, looking at your tiny face, wondering who you would become. Now I’m getting ready to let you step into a world outside of Mommy’s arms.

So, please… be good to my baby. 🥺 Love him when I’m not there. Be patient with him. Comfort him when he misses me. Teach him. Protect him. Celebrate him. And please remember that behind this little boy is a mama who loves him with everything in her.

Tru Roman. 💙 His name itself speaks volumes. Tru — because I pray he always walks in truth. Roman — because I pray he grows strong, courageous, and destined for greatness. There is purpose in that name, purpose in his life, and purpose in every step he takes.

God, while I can’t be beside him every second, You can. 🙏🏽 Cover my baby when I can’t. Watch over him when I can’t. Keep the wrong hands away from him and surround him with good hearts. Let him be happy, confident, loved, and protected. Give him teachers and caregivers who will treat him with the same gentleness and love I would.

And Tru, if you ever feel nervous or wonder where Mommy is, just remember… Mommy is always loving you, always praying for you, and always coming back for you. 🥹💙

My sweet baby boy, go grow, go learn, go explore, and go be everything God created you to be. Mommy is going to miss you like crazy, but I am so proud of you already.

The world is getting ready to meet Tru Roman… and baby, your name speaks volumes. 🩵✨

Heavenly Father,

I cover my firstborn son as he enters his 3rd-grade year. Lord, go before him and make every crooked path straight. Let this school year be filled with miracles, signs, and wonders.

Give him wisdom, understanding, confidence, and a hunger to learn. Let him excel in every subject math, reading, writing, science, and everything placed before him. Open his mind to things he has never understood before, and remind him that he is capable, intelligent, and wonderfully made.

Surround him with good teachers, good friends, and people who genuinely want to see him succeed. Protect his heart, his mind, his body, and his spirit. Keep him from bullying, negativity, confusion, and anything that would distract him from his purpose.

May he walk into that classroom knowing God is with him. Let favor follow him everywhere he goes. Let this be a year where he grows academically, emotionally, spiritually, and personally.

3rd grade will be good to my boy! 🙏🏽
What he struggled with before, let him conquer this year. What seemed impossible, let God make possible. May he surprise himself with just how much he can accomplish.
