somehow made it thru jack n jill novice finals this weekend @qc_swing thanks to my dances with @dancingwithdoug @_.dancinwerc._ & @yo_its_flo 💃⚡️

i drew @freakystunts for finals & we’ve never danced together, so it was a true JnJ, making it that much more interesting 👏🏼

all 3 final songs, videos courtesy of the best support teams out there, learning from each other, enjoying ourselves, & fighting competition anxiety at the same time hahah.

to take home 2nd 🥈 at my 2nd comp ever, & in a talented category, I am THANKFUL. I had no high hopes for this comp, just to enjoy it & learn a lot, so this was far more than I expected 🥹 taken in Hope Community Church by @ten4twostep

1st comp in the books 📚 & WOW what a weekend! danced all the way into finals somehow. what started as just dancing at the bar for funsies, has evolved in the past 6 months into a love for the hardwoods & the music that brings us all together 🫶🏼 honestly the perfect place to try out competing. these people have become huge parts of my life & knowing, trusting, & dancing with them - an honor.

my leads - love u guys. we laugh, we mess up, we crush it. couldn’t do it without yall, & so so lucky to have each of yall out there this past weekend 🥀🕺 the luck of the draw pulling @reaper_style_ & @yo_its_flo & meeting @foley.preston for the first time out on the floor 🪩

for those who watched thru 6 hours of dancing - damn it I love yall. my momma showed up @cshoran & my girlie @melia_davis 🖤 & the girl gang took up the entire balcony corner (@jesssumner_ @emmamooneyyy @spag4u2 @isabelbmerle @_elizabethenry @jneckel etc) yall have no idea how much that meant to me!! 💖 shoutout @albeinmotion for peer pressuring me into signing up 🥹 forever thankful to you!
