Hello to this new digital space where I exist as Tender Root Bodywork 🌱

If you don’t know me my name is Sage - I am an LMT and CA here in Oregon. I graduated school from East West College last year where I chose to study Structural Bodywork and Ayurvedic Massage in my final term. I bring elements of this work into what I practice, as well as being skilled in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release.

~ I specifically focus on building a relationship with my clients that centers dynamic communication between us, one that can change and flow based on where you are that day or season of your life. I have spent most of my time working in differing service industry jobs, and really just talking a lot with people and getting to know them for all their little details over the years. (If you were wondering, yes I’m a Virgo 😂)

~ I know all too well what it’s like to be in a body that is in pain, hypermobile, and dysregulated. This is why I specifically love working with folks that navigate chronic illness, hypermobility, injuries, neurodivergence, etc.

~ For just about another month I will be practicing out of my home studio(pictured here.) My rate is $85 for 60 min of hands on time, plus 5-10 min of intake/checking in.

~ To book with me just send me a DM or text if you’ve got my # and we’ll get it scheduled. I would love to work with you to give your system a big breath of relief, pleasure, and presence. 🧚🌞🌟🌠🧿 by @tender_root_bodywork
