The first viral trend we’ve ever got stuck into - props to @alexcastaldo_. A customer recently asked for ‘silly crisps’ at their wedding and we loved it so much we decided to stick it on the menu for the weekend. Homemade crisps, romesco mayo, Parmesan cream, Parma ham. Very very silly indeed. On til they’re gone @altymarket by @tendercow

A bitter sweet day today as we send our Maxy Moo off on his travels for the foreseeable. As naturally talented as he his hilarious, Max has been an absolute pleasure to nurture and watch absolutely thrive in our Altrincham kitchen. He won a the ‘biggest poser award’ at Christmas do for good reason but has also won the biggest place in our hearts. We are gonna miss him, and the Altrincham crew are gonna miss him terribly. Max has the work ethic, talent and just the right amount of madness to go incredibly far in this industry. We can’t wait to watch.
