Nerve root damage & clots don't play. I could not revisit @globalstrongmangym were it not for @mvmt_ryu_physio deconstructing then realigning my pathways, @michael_okech honing elasticity & threshold (damn you), and @dr.nicholas.rozborski for inventive means and new perspective to planes of motion & recovery.
