Happy 59th Birthday Daddy. Your 3rd one in Heaven.

This is the TONE FEST 2025 recap with my song “Good Ol Days.” that my dream team of real artists put together. (WATCH FULL VIDEO NOW ON YOUTUBE) Ai could never touch what these invested heartbeats did. It’s beautiful huh Dad? The whole family and team really worked hard on this.

LOVE ALOHA is coming back next year with TONE FEST in July 2027, along with the “SET THE TONE” Grant program, so Dad can still give to his community. For the next generation of kids who grew up the same way we did.

Next year you will be 60, Dad. We’re going ALL THE WAY.

I rarely post these days.

I’ve been in the process of learning this new me without Dad.

Yes, it’s been 2 years since he passed.

But when your everyday life was spent with someone who is no longer tangible, our minds and emotions have a way of making their absence feel different from day to day.

Sometimes I’ll scroll through my camera roll and realize how much life has happened since he left. So many moments, so many memories, so much family, so much love… and he’s in so many of them.

These are just pieces of the life I’ve been living, mostly behind the scenes.

The laughs. The chaos. The birthdays. The babies. The random moments. The family. The good days and the hard ones.

I’m still learning how to live in a world where Dad isn’t physically here to experience it with us.

And I think that’s what grief has taught me most — you don’t stop loving someone just because you can no longer see them.

You just learn how to carry that love differently.

So here’s a little piece of my camera roll, and a little piece of the life I’ve been living.

Still learning this new me.
Still missing Dad.
Still grateful for every memory.

And through all of it, God has been faithful. by @tenelle
