Running is hard! It’s not natural to me. I’m only 4 years into my running journey and that took a bit of a pause while pregnant with Nia.
Every run is its own battle, sometimes just to get out the door.
But that’s why I keep showing up.
Because it challenges me, clears my head, and fills my cup in a way nothing else does.
It reminds me I’m capable.
It makes me proud of myself.
And somehow… I always finish feeling 10x better than when I started 🤍

Wow what an experience! 22.5km of hills, trails, views and chats with @victoriafaith.co.nz 🙌🏼
So proud of myself for giving new things a go! Grateful my body can keep up with these crazy things I put it through 🙏🏼
That was tough! The climbs were brutal. The legs are cooked, the left calf is a bit dodgy…
I’ve since come home, had an ice bath, hot shower, eaten 4 chicken bread rolls and fell asleep on the couch 🤭😆
