“Your LinkedIn isn’t dying. You’ve just been training the algorithm to ignore you for six months straight.”

Your connection acceptance rate isn’t dropping because “LinkedIn is saturated.”
It’s dropping because you’ve been sending cold requests into a feedback loop that tanks your sender score and quietly buries every new invite you send.

What’s actually happening:

- Every batch of cold requests you send at 15–20% acceptance tells LinkedIn “this sender is low-signal.”
- The platform responds by shrinking your visibility, shoving your requests into deprioritized tabs, and making it easier to swipe you away.
- You keep pushing volume, your acceptance rate slides into the low teens, and you blame the channel instead of the architecture.

The one move that flips the entire cycle:
Warm people *before* you request them.

For 14 days, you show up in their world without asking for anything:
- Comment 2–3 sentences on their posts, 3–5 times per person
- Reference the exact point they made, add a real take, and (when natural) ask a question
- Avoid “great post” junk, the algo treats that as background noise

What this does:

- You become familiar: by the time your request lands, they’ve already seen your name in notifications multiple times. You’re not “random stranger pitching me,” you’re “that person who actually reads my stuff.”
- The system reclassifies you: you’re not a cold sender; you look like an engaged contact upgrading to connection, which gets a different priority bucket.
- 20–30% will connect with you first: they check your profile after your comments and send *you* the request. Those are your warmest possible leads.

Run it properly and here’s what the math looks like on the same volume:
- Cold: 1,680 requests → ~252 connections (15% acceptance)
- Warmed: 1,680 requests → ~840 accepted + ~200 inbound requests
- Roughly 4x the connections from the same list, accounts, and copy, just changing what happens in the 14 days before the request fires.

Most people won’t do this because it looks “slow” and doesn’t feel like “real outbound.”
But the ones who do quietly own the highest sender scores and the best-performing campaigns in their niche. by @teniola_digitalz

🎓 I just earned my Anthropic Claude 101 Certification, and here's why it matters for every agency owner and freelancer reading this.

As a web designer and AI automation specialist with 10+ years in the game, I've always believed that staying ahead of the tools is what separates good from great. So when Anthropic, the company behind Claude, one of the most powerful AI models in the world, released their Claude 101 course, I took it seriously.

Here's what the certification covered, and what it means for the work I do:

✅ Understanding Claude's architecture & reasoning capabilities
✅ Prompt engineering best practices (clarity, context, constraints, examples)
✅ How to use Claude safely and responsibly with Anthropic's AI Safety principles
✅ Practical application of Claude across real business workflows
✅ Using Claude for automation, content generation, and client deliverables
✅ The Constitutional AI approach, how Claude is trained to be helpful, harmless, and honest

As someone who builds GoHighLevel automations, AI-powered sales funnels, and custom web solutions for clients across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the UAE, this certification is more than a badge. It's a foundation.

Here's what I'm now doing DIFFERENTLY as a result:

🔹 Building smarter AI automation workflows inside GHL using Claude-powered prompts
🔹 Designing more intelligent chatbot sequences grounded in safety and accuracy
🔹 Writing better prompts for client deliverables, faster results, fewer revisions
🔹 Advising clients on AI adoption with credibility and technical depth
🔹 Integrating Claude into Make.com and Zapier workflows for real business impact

If you're an agency owner, freelancer, or entrepreneur and you haven't explored what AI can do for your systems and client results, now is the time.

I help businesses build smart websites, AI automation systems, and GHL-powered funnels that convert. DM me or drop a comment if you want to talk about how AI can upgrade your business operations.

Let's build smarter. 🚀

Want to retire 5–7 years from now, but feel stuck in the “middle”, not failing, not thriving?

You’re not alone. That quiet uncertainty is exactly where most early-retirement plans either stall…or finally get serious.

Here’s the truth: retiring early isn’t about a secret stock, a perfect side hustle, or a viral moment.

It’s about a handful of boring, repeatable habits you stick to even when life is busy and you’re not feeling especially “motivated.”

Ten of the most powerful ones:

Automate everything you can (investing, bills, transfers) so your plan keeps working even when your willpower doesn’t.

Increase your savings rate every time you get a raise so your lifestyle stays flat while your investing rate quietly explodes.

Save strategically (balance pre-tax, Roth, and taxable) so future-you has tax flexibility, not just a big account balance with a big tax bill.

Kill high-interest debt ruthlessly; it’s a guaranteed return most investments can’t beat.

Keep a simple investment strategy and avoid tinkering, especially during market noise and corrections.

Focus on spending capacity, not just portfolio size, by mapping everyday expenses and big one-off goals.

Run at least one retirement projection a year so you replace vague anxiety with real numbers and clear decisions.

Proactively optimize taxes (Roth conversions, TLH, HSA, etc.) instead of hoping your accountant “handles it.”

Protect what you’ve built with updated insurance, estate docs, and beneficiary designations.

Anchor everything to a strong “why” so a 20% market drop is noise, not a reason to abandon your plan.

In other words: let your strategy be sharp and your day-to-day be boring.

If you’re in that “middle” right now, which of these 10 habits do you already have in place, and which one are you committing to build next? Share your answer; your move might be the nudge someone else needs.

One silent killer inside many agencies is inconsistent builds.

Every new client project starts from scratch.
➜ Different funnel structure.
 ➜ Different WordPress setup.
 ➜ Different automations.

It feels flexible.

But it destroys speed.

The agencies that scale fastest standardise everything.
➜ Frameworks.
 ➜ Snapshots.
 ➜ Automation systems.

Because fulfilment should run like a system, not an experiment.

Agency owners, do you rebuild every project from scratch?

We talk a lot about “innovation,” but are we quietly forgetting how to actually design?

Waymo can build self-driving taxis, yet pays DoorDash drivers up to $24 just to close car doors passengers leave open.

Technically impressive, but from a design perspective, this is a failure of first principles.

Instead of:

➜ Asking: “How do we ensure the door ends up closed?”

➜ Exploring: powered doors, better prompts, interaction flows, or physical cues, We jumped straight to: “Let’s pay another human to fix it.”

This is a pattern across tech:

➜ We ship fast, assuming we can “patch it later,” even when the problem is physical, systemic, or behavioral.

➜ Design teams serve dashboards more than users, optimizing for the chart that goes up and to the right instead of friction that goes down.

Good design still means drawing a clear line from expectation to reality, and choosing the simplest durable solution, not the flashiest workaround.

Where are you seeing “clever” solutions that ignore obvious design fixes?

“AI will replace all developers by 2026.”

But here’s what real enterprise life looks like:

- Two weeks of paperwork… just to use jQuery
- Multi-level approvals to install Pandas, NumPy, or Matplotlib
- Agile dismissed as “too complicated,” sticking to waterfall
- AI tools, YouTube, even Stack Overflow blocked at work

In large, highly regulated companies (oil & gas, finance, healthcare, etc.), compliance and red tape move MUCH slower than any AI model.

AI will definitely change how we build software and make good developers **faster**.
But the idea that developers will suddenly become obsolete ignores how these organizations actually function.

If you understand business rules, risk, and real-world constraints, you’re not going anywhere.

AI is making motion graphics accessible to anyone, and Higgsfield’s new Vibe Motion editor is a great example of where this is heading.

Instead of spending weeks and tens of thousands with agencies, Higgsfield says teams can now create dynamic logo animations, data-driven infographics, and polished marketing visuals in about 10 minutes for roughly $10 per video.

Their no-code “vibe” editor lets nontechnical users generate both animations and the underlying code, slotting neatly into an AI-native workflow: build with Cursor, ship with Vercel, and market with Higgsfield.

Plans start at about $17.40/month, clearly targeting solo founders and small teams who want studio-quality motion graphics without studio-sized budgets.

If you work in marketing, product, or design, how do you see tools like this changing your workflow and team structure over the next 1–2 years? Are you excited, concerned, or already experimenting?
