Checks have been part of workwear, casual shirting, and tailoring for generations.

I’m not a huge fan of the colour red. There’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just not what I personally gravitate toward. That being said, a little tint adjustment can go a long way.

This washed out cap from RRL has been a steady favourite. It’s technically red (according to Ralph), but faded to the resulting shade of pink. I can’t overstate how well this colour goes with almost everything else in my wardrobe.

And don’t get me started on the badge 🔥🥵
Referencing early US Air Force iconography, the authoritative symbol creates a subtle tension against the softer palette.

It’s good stuff. 🤌

Seeking out new experiences stokes curiosity and inspiration, while having a sense of routine gives us stability and grounding. There’s value in both, and it translates to your wardrobe as well.
