A little update…..

Life’s been busy lately, and when it hasn’t been, I honestly haven’t really felt like making or creating content.

Between dealing with the grief of losing my mum last year and preparing for our son to arrive in only a couple of weeks, I just haven’t really felt like getting into the shop and making much.

My poor neglected scroll saw definitely needs some action soon!!

I’ve got so many ideas floating around in my head and I’m constantly inspired by all the amazing creators I follow on here. Actually getting myself into the shop and starting something, though, has felt almost impossible lately.

I have made a few shop upgrades over the past 6 months, which I’ll share in time, but other than that, it’s been pretty quiet around here.

I’m hoping to be more present on here and in the shop over the next little while, and I’ve actually got some pretty exciting things I’d like to start working on and sharing with you.

So if you’ve stuck around through the quiet spell, thank you. I really do appreciate it.

You’ll be seeing a bit more of me around here soon.

@busybeetools new bench top, valuable speed belt AND spindle sander. This thing is a beast for its size. And if like me you have a smaller shop you’ll appreciate that.

Pulling down all the wood on this wall so it can be used for another project, and so that I can mud, tape and paint the final wall of the garage.

I’ve been slowly getting all the walls done over the last few months, things are starting to look great.

Progress 2022-2026

One of the first signs I ever made on my Ryobi scroll saw and then hand painted.

And then my latest Jays sign, cut out on my Pegas and painted with Montana gold spray paint.

Looking back on progress Is awesome, the only person you should compare yourself to is the you of yesterday.
