Together, we're making faith matter more to young people. ❌ #TENx10
POSTS STORIES REELS
Three days in Chicago. Countless conversations, new connections, and a shared hope for the next generation. 💛 At TENx10 Summit 2026, leaders from across the Church gathered around one theme: Those Who Dream: A Movement for the Next Generation. Together, we remembered God’s faithfulness, wrestled honestly with the challenges before us, and imagined what’s possible when we work together to make faith matter more for young people. Rooted in the promise of Psalm 126, we’re reminded that the seeds we sow in faith can become a harvest of joy. To everyone who joined us, listened, shared, and dreamed alongside us: thank you. The dream doesn’t end in Chicago. It’s carried forward in the communities we serve, the relationships we build, and the next generation we’re called to love. ✨ #TENx10Summit #ThoseWhoDream #RelationalDiscipleship #NextGeneration by @tenx10collab
Faith formation isn’t just a program—it’s the environment you create to shape a young person’s life. The Faith Formation Framework highlights five conditions that help young people develop a thriving, lasting faith: faith shared by adults, internalized through spiritual practices and learning, applied through service and justice, catalyzed by family, and prioritized by the whole faith community. When faith formation is relational, intentional, and centered on Jesus, young people are more likely to grow a faith that truly matters. #FaithFormationFramework #MakeFaithMatterMore #TENx10 #YouthMinistry #RelationalDiscipleship #NextGenFaith by @tenx10collab
As stories of unjust deportations, family separations, and inhumane treatment of immigrants—many of them children and teens—continue to emerge, TENx10 stands firmly in the truth of the gospel: every person is made in the image of God, created with infinite worth and dignity. We believe in a Jesus who came that all might have life, and have it to the full (John 10:10). That calling includes immigrant youth and their families—many of whom are fleeing violence, poverty, or instability, and are met not with compassion, but with cages, fear, and rejection. Our mission—to help faith matter more for young people—is inseparable from the call to stand against any form of evil that steals, kills, and destroys. That includes the dehumanization of immigrants and the silence of the Church in the face of injustice. The Bible calls us to defend the vulnerable (Psalm 82:3), welcome the stranger (Matthew 25:35), and honor the divine image in every person (Genesis 1:27). These are not political positions—they are deeply spiritual convictions rooted in the heart of God. Faithful presence means standing up, speaking out, and acting in love. by @tenx10collab

A young person brings you a question about God that you don’t know how to answer. Do they leave feeling heard, or feeling like they should have kept it to themselves? For pastors, mentors, and ministry leaders, moments like these matter. Having doubts doesn’t mean someone has stopped loving God. They need room to be honest, and someone willing to walk with them as they work through what they believe. These reminders from Episode 4 start with something we need to hear too: we are loved by God before we lead a ministry, get the answers right, or have a productive week. That same love shapes how we make room for young people and how we treat those we disagree with. Swipe through and consider what this could look like in the lives of the young people you serve. @odpcec is a church we believe is modeling the type of ministry to young people that is making a real difference. They participated in one of our cohorts, which led to some key research and insights. Over the last decade, they made shifts that we see reflecting the type of structure and ministry philosophy that not only led to the retention of young people, but a significantly increased flourishing. They went from a 10% retention rate to 90% retention rate and from about 20% sense of belonging to around 80%. Take a look at this video and DM us to let us know if you’d be interested in joining an AACC cohort to help your church better serve the emerging generations. AACC is a proud partner of @tenx10collab, a multidenominational initiative seeking to make faith matter more for 10 million youth in 10 years. by @tenx10collab
In a divided world, respect and love can become a bridge back to real conversation. Listening is not surrendering your convictions. It is choosing to see the person before the position—and refusing to let disagreement erase their humanity. Episode 4 of Breaking the Algorithm is out now. #BreakingTheAlgorithm #TheExchange by @tenx10collab
“They’re looking for something more authentic.” Rice University’s Michael Emerson on the trends shaping how young people engage with church today, and why many are drawn to multiracial congregations. Episode 4 is out now!! We live in a world that makes it easy to label people and difficult to truly know them. But disagreement does not have to become disrespect. We can hold conviction, listen with humility, and remember the humanity of the person across from us. Watch the new episode of Breaking the Algorithm now. by @tenx10collab
In a world that so often divides us, the Church has the opportunity to bring people together across differences, build meaningful relationships, and reflect the love of Jesus to the world. Christ gave His life for the Church, and through it, the gospel continues to be shared with the world. #aacc #church #community #faith #unity by @tenx10collab
What if listening doesn’t require agreement? In a culture that rewards outrage, certainty, and quick reactions, slowing down long enough to understand another person can feel radical. Tomorrow at 9AM PT / 12PM ET. 👀 #BreakingTheAlgorithm #TheExchange by @tenx10collab
