Self love is not selfish. The prerequisite to loving others, is to love your self first. Self-love is the barometer to measure our hearts capacity for what we can give to the world.

Even God encourages us to love ourselves Leviticus 19:18, which states, “ you shall love your neighbor as yourself: core message is to treat others with kindness, compassion, and understanding, as you would treat yourself. by @tequilatotea

I’m very radical about my Joy! It’s a non-negotiable for me. Life is not a dress rehearsal, this is it… once it’s done, it’s done.
Taking ownership of your Joy is a mindset that involves being proactive, committed, and accountable for your mind or responsibilities. It’s more than just doing the minimum required, you are the greatest project you can ever work on. Take it as a privilege darling.💕

Tea time!🫖 🍵
I have been experiencing False Humility within myself and others lately, so let’s talk about it! False humility is subtle. It masks pride. That’s why it is so easy for us to think we are walking in humility, but we aren’t. It’s always good to check ourselves and ask God our motives and if our actions are lined up with His.

What is Humility?
the Biblical definition of Humility is “the personal quality of being free from arrogance and pride and having an accurate estimate of one’s worth.”
A knowledge of oneself is required to be humble. So if you are operating with lack of knowledge of self, you are most likely operating in false humility.

Self-Righteousness is also a sign of false humility. Self-righteousness can often be a manifestation of a hidden pride, where someone presents themselves as morally superior while secretly believing they are better than others, essentially masking their arrogance with a facade of righteousness, which is considered a form of “false humility.”

Heighten self awareness will definitely let you know where you are on the humility spectrum.

“The world don’t need no more #podcast”! Friend, I agree with you 1000%. There’s only so many words in the dictionary, and there’s only so many ways People can put it together to say the same things over and over again..

And lord! People have been talking, about everything and nothing at the same time, and sometimes the noise can be exhausting, trust me I get it, I’m with you!!!

My name is Itohan Ighodaro, the host of @tequilatotea and God knows I’m tired of podcast and most importantly of podcast host across the multiverse 😂😂😂😂.

But here I am creating another podcast, and if you ask me why? I would say🙈
1. I am on assignment.
