Today, its just me, my coffee, the winter sun on my face, the open blue sky to possibilities, the rows in the field that reminds me that growth still happens through the coldest days and a moment of stillness.

The perfect way to start a beautiful winters morning 🌄 by @teremo_ana

She asked if we could take more photos together, with every click of the camera I found another flaw - fine lines, aging skin, all the little imperfections I struggle to accept, but eveytime I pointed one out she smiled and told me she loved it ☺️

It made me wonder how often we see ourselves through the harsh lens of self criticism instead of through the eyes of a little person.

Maybe our greatest imperfections only exist in the stories we tell ourselves, sometimes it takes the innocent eyes of a child to remind us that we were never as flawed as we belive. Perhaps that's what beauty is - not perfection, but being loved exactly as you are.

Whilst this may look slow mode 👀 to most, throwing elbows are whole different skill. I could not cough, laugh for a few days 😅 cause ya gurlz shoulder blades haven't been in use for a hot minute 😬

I enjoyed my first P.T with Kru Sandy,
Who knows, might get to fight in a controlled environment one day 🤔 🙂
