The Chutes 2nd single “Nowhere in Particular” out now. Debut record releases in full July 24th on Bay Area’s finest @dandyboyrecords

This is the first song I wrote for this project back in like 2019. It probably went through 4 or 5 iterations before I finally figured it out. Lyrically, it’s about the shelter in place mandate during the covid pandemic. I think they still hold true today though. Thanks for listening. taken in San Francisco, California by @terminalexistence

Happy to share our new project, The Chutes.

First single + Music video for “Scraping the Last Bits of Light” out now on @dandyboyrecords

7 songs of jangly indie pop picked out of the many songs I have slowly been chipping away at over the last decade. Thanks to all my friends for putting up with me as I sent them countless demos. Ofcourse, a special thanks to Erika who, as a friend and lover, encouraged me to properly release these songs. You will be pleased to hear her voice accompanying mine on this project.

Patiently engineered, mixed, and mastered by Charles Toshio @audiobytosh. All instruments performed by me.

For Looking stupid #22 we spoke to Kenny Turner. Kenny fronts F*ntanyl and Foghorn, he also plays guitar in Ultras, as well as bass in Tommy and the Weapons, and occasionally World Peace.

“Either the room explodes or we totally kill the vibe. I’m happy with either.”

F*ntanyl’s new LP is out now on @convulserecords They play their record release show this Friday June 19th at Mabuhay Gardens in San Francisco.
