From the fan side, this was a win.

Oasis sold 42 stadium shows through nine controlled windows. Fans registered. Selected buyers got one code and one purchase window.

No million-person queue. No full day spent refreshing a browser.

The onsale ran for three days. The operational impact will run for months.

• Four added shows need routing, staffing and production
• A moved Paris date changes travel and hotel plans
• Budgets need revisions across every department
• New information needs to reach hundreds of people without getting lost

We’ve spent years around tours, and our view is simple: demand moves faster than operations unless the team has one place to manage every change.

Great experience for the fans. A ton of work for everyone behind the tour.

Tickets sold up 4.9%.
Gross per show down 5.4%.
