Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter and The Rodeo Chitlin’ Circuit Tour — HTX — Day 2 🇺🇸⭐️🤠

This weekend, Beyonce reminded me of my power, my roots, and my right to be unapologetically great —boldly, beautifully, and without apology. 🔥✊🏾

The BEST show I have ever witnessed with my two eyes. I’m on fire with inspiration after this weekend! The sky is the limit. Thank you Beyonce! 🚀♥️ #CowboyRogers

This was an unexpected birthday dream come true. I had to stop myself from crying tbh. Thank you to my Dallas Opera fam! I was clearly taken aback by their talent. They sounded like an army of angels! 😮‍💨❤️‍🔥🙌🏾 #Oct3 #Libra #Grateful #Becoming by @terrellrogersjr

Cheers to 28 years on this beautiful planet! The moral of 27 was that every ending opens a new door of possibility. I’m grateful for the growth, the lessons, and the incredible experiences I gained along the way. I am blessed with some of the greatest friends in the world. Thank you all for always showing me love. Here’s to embracing the journey ahead, the magic inside, and all the adventures yet to come! ❤️‍🔥🌟 #28Years #ThankYouGod #Oct3 #Libra #Grateful #Blessed by @terrellrogersjr

The intention for posting this video is to share the extreme contradiction arising within DBDT management’s public reasoning for terminating an entire company of dedicated artists over a video that they describe as “vulgar” and “inappropriate”.

These are just a few examples of those very “vulgarities” being seen on DBDT stages for years. And even praised by the organization.

There are many more examples.

They were looking for a reason to get rid of us because of our decision to unionize and they’re fear of losing control. It’s literally the only thing they could dig up and use to even remotely “justify” such a negatively impactful decision. by @terrellrogersjr

That’s a wrap for my third Spring Celebration with DBDT! This one will be unforgettable to say the least. Thank you to @jaemanjoo & @legs_4_lyfe for being so amazing these last three weeks! It was dream come true to work with you both. And the biggest thank you to my dance fam. Only we know what it took to make this show a success! ♥️

In those moments where it gets really hard, I am reminded why I fell in love with dance. Before it was a means to pay my rent, it was simply a way to express the overflow of emotions inside me. Before I reached where I currently stand, I dreamed of this very moment. Holding onto that can be challenging, but it’s what keeps me going. I pray I keep dancing, keep inspiring, and never lose sight of the joy it brings to my life.
