Going to the gym is that consistent thing you can do wherever you are. Maybe a dfferent time zone, but you can bring that same vibe!

What should I do at the gym tomorrow? by @terrence_cfl2

What you didn’t see was a conversation with the Head Coach at Tidal Trevor Amodeo @tamodeo12 coaching me in the set up position to achieve the optimal overhead position. When you “lock in” it doesn’t mean that you shut everything out. To me it means that you’re more consistently selective with whom and what you are allowing in.

Nearly 10 years ago I wrecked both my bike and my knees in a cycling incident which prevented me from squatting for nearly a year. This is not always the case but today I performed a conditioning workout that included knee flexion under various loads and directions and…ALL GOOD! Perhaps the saying should be “Good things come to those who stay consistent!” Go on and get after your fitness!

Strongman sport is very humbling and while you may want more than 1 rep…sometimes that’s all youre gonna get.

Is it a phase or a stop over? Strongman or CrossFit? Do I need to choose?

It’s wild aging, you stack up all these skills and you experience so many different things and you love it all! Can’t I have my proverbial cake AND eat it too? Let me know your thoughts in the poll below!

Strongman Sport is fascinating with its history tracing back 1000s of years. Fast forward to 1891 with the famous Strongman 🇨🇦 Louis Cyr and the Cyr DB (circus DB); Then forward again to the Log Lift now considered a classic strongman lift, debuting in the 1980 @theworldsstrongestman

Keep learning, keep training and remember to have fun with your fitness 🤓
