💖 Cancellations & No-Shows – Life happens, we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know with 24 hours notice to avoid any fees. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to fee equal to 50% of your booked services + 20% gratuity.

🛍️ Product Returns – We want you to love your skincare! If a product isn’t the right fit, check out our return policy for details on refunds or account credit.
