Wire fraud is happening right now, and once money is wired, it’s almost impossible to get back.

That’s why every real estate transaction includes a Wire Fraud Disclosure. Don’t just sign it. Live by it. 👇

🔒 Protect yourself:
✅ NEVER wire money based on an email alone
✅ Call your closing attorney using a number you already know, not one from the email
✅ Be suspicious of “last-minute changes” to wiring instructions
✅ Confirm with your agent before sending a single dollar

If you’re thinking about buying a rental property, this is the math nobody shows you on social media.

Rent higher than your mortgage does NOT mean the difference is all profit.
