First single hyrox complete ✅ To do it at Indonesia’s 🇮🇩 first ever hyrox race was even more special🙏🏻 It’s been 1 year since @theislandfitnessclub opened, and the community and coaches- shout out @quacktieu has made this journey so enjoyable and rewarding. At 50+ age, i didnt think i’d still be doing these type of things. Hyrox says they are fitness competition for everybody, and i have to admit that when i first started, i was highly skeptical of that tagline. But now a year later, i can say i am a believer. Never stop competing and never stop surrounding yourselves with good people. Life is short and life is beautiful.

Looking forward to the next race. In the meantime, time to finish the gym and wellness expansion at @theislandsportsclub It was so awesome to see so many Islanders represent at Hyrox Jalarta 🏝️🙌🏼🙏🏻💪🏼 taken in Jakarta, Indonesia by @terryomata

Aging is a blessing. Jiaying and I both turned 50 this year and decided to have a 100 year joint bday party @theislandsportsclub and @upstairsbali

50 is an interesting number, but it’s still just a number. What matters is family, friends and the others who we share this planet and moment with.

We are so grateful to be surrounded by so many amazing friends in our Bali community. To our family and friends all over the world, we love you all ❤️ by @terryomata

Before padel there was basketball 🏀😊 I’ve been fortunate to play in the @communityassistbali tournament for four years with the same group of friends.

Mitch, Swen, Xav and I won the inaugural tournament in 2018, lost in the finals in 2019 before covid happened. We came back and won again in 2023 and this year we lost in the semi finals to the eventual champs @palm_four.

Not sure how much basketball is left in the tank, but basketball has been such a big part of my life, contributing to so many great friendships and memories throughout the years. Love this game. Thank you 🏀❤️ taken in Canggu Community School by @terryomata

Nica’s one request when we went to Japan was to wear a kimono 👘 Fun playing dress up in Kyoto, especially since so many Japanese ladies (and tourists) also were dressed up to see the temples 💕 by @terryomata
