I don’t usually post much, but I thought I’d share this vulnerable and humbling moment—even for me. Just a random day getting some food, and as I was leaving I saw a homeless man. I asked if he wanted something to eat, and when I came back with it, God put it on my heart to pray for him. As you can probably see in my prayer, I was nervous, but I still did it. After that, I realized he probably needed clothes too. I had a shirt from my recent collection in my car, so I gave it to him. I started this brand to share creativity, but it’s more than just clothes. My heart is for this to be a community of Christians who show God’s love in action. We are all chosen by God. Even though he’s homeless, God can meet him right where he is and lift him up when he least expects it. When God puts something on your heart, don’t ignore it—you never know what it might mean to someone else. What looks like a simple shirt to others could be hope to him. I thank God for blessing me with this vision and for moments like this that remind me what it’s truly about.
