🔥 DAIQUIRI DAYS!! 🔥 Nos encanta que ya el #internationaldaiquiriday ya no dure solo un día sino que lo celebremos un fin de semana entero! *Preserved Roots* Is a cocktail inspired by the philosophy of Citadelle, widely recognized as the first modern craft gin: evolving without losing its origins. The concept explores preservation as the common thread connecting France, the Netherlands and Italy. Just as Citadelle revived a historic French gin tradition while preserving the savoir-faire of Cognac, our cocktail demonstrates that true innovation comes from respecting where we come from. Maturation is expressed through an Extra Dry vermouth fat-washed with three iconic cheeses from our regions: Morilles Fermier from France, Gouda L'Amuse from the Netherlands and Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy. Each cheese develops its character through time, reflecting the care and precision with which Citadelle individually infuses its botanicals before achieving perfect balance. Preservation is represented through a brine made with Trentino crauti, Dutch pickled gherkin and French pickled shallot, ingredients that have preserved flavour, culture and culinary identity for generations. The cocktail is completed with lemon and orange bitters, echoing Citadelle's vibrant citrus profile, a saline solution to enhance balance and depth, and a tonic water top that brings freshness and harmony to the final serve. WHAT A JOURNEY. A lot of stress, nerves, new experiences, some tears and a lot of learning.. I was terrified 😂 but also it's been a huge step for me, breaking down many of my fears. But also, exciting, beautiful and meeting new amazing people, we've been a 10 out of 10 of a TEAM! Llegué al shibari desde la curiosidad y desde ahí entendí que no es solo una técnica, es arte y un proceso. Un proceso que empieza en la conexión. “Lien” nace ahí. Y luego está el después.
