ARE YOU CALLED TO JOIN?

I am very happy to offer this journey to Egypt in March.

You are so welcome to join us if you resonate with this fieldwork and you feel called in your inner journey to remember in this sacred land.

Perhaps you have felt for a while that you are ready for a next step. Something in you that is waking up now truly wants to be lived, here in reality.

The Codex is the living blueprint that runs through your body, the Earth, the stars and the larger patterns of creation. In Egypt, you meet that blueprint in the temples, pyramids, desert and Nile, in symbols and codes embedded in land and stone.

We don't approach these places with the mind. We meet them with our whole body, in stillness and breath. We listen, and notice what responds. Through resonance, the sacred sites help our cells remember, and through our own instrument we help Gaia return to her original breath.

Five pillars carry this journey, the way pillars carry a temple. Swipe through them and feel what resonates.

I could say…. I am sorry I didn't arrive here sooner.

But I am not sorry.

I needed to walk through the experiences that got me here. I needed the time to close the loops that were still open and to see the patterns that were still pulling me out of alignment.

So no, I am not sorry it took me so long.

I celebrate the time spend. The experiences lived. The ‘mistakes’ made. The shadows revealed.

So I say to myself: welcome back. I was waiting for you here all along. And you took exactly the time you needed to arrive in this version of you today.

So I don't ask what's next. I just walk with life and see where my breath takes me. And I trust it's exactly where I am meant to be.

♥️

P.s. this symbol keeps showing up in my meditations. If someone knows what it is or what you feel when looking at it, id love to hear you. taken in EarthSchool by @tessa_visch

This roaring fire inside me. My anger, my agitation, my frustration.
It shows me where I need to protect myself.

For years I feared anger. In me, in others.
But over time I've learned that anger is not something to suppress or turn away from.

On the contrary. When it shows up now, I thank it.
Because it shines a light on where I am about to abandon myself. Where I need protection to stay whole. Where I need to grow a bigger YES for myself, and where my natural edges are.

It tells me: until here, it's okay. Cross this line and I lose a part of myself.

It shows me how I need to be treated. What crosses a boundary for my body. Which direction in life feels wrong. Which way of being spoken to isn't aligned with who I am inside. It shows me when I need clarity. When I need respect.

And all of that is good.
It's my personal lion, roaring when my integrity is breached.

And that has nothing to do with the other, per se.

The other has every right to their own ways of relating, their own needs, their own ways of treating you that fit their integrity. Their own natural boundaries, physically, emotionally, mentally.

So even when your truth opposes another, you are still entitled to yours.

Let your lion roar, and listen to it.
Change that schedule that feels too tight. Tell them you want to be treated differently. Respect your own rhythm and your needs in physical contact.

And know that this lion doesn't have to bite the other's head off. You are allowed to walk your own path, stay in connection, and leave when your edges are not met with respect.

Because you deserve to stay whole. You deserve people who honor what fits for you. You do not have to abandon yourself for love, affection, appreciation, success, or confirmation of your worth.

You are intrinsically enough, exactly as you are.
Especially as you are.

The world needs you there, in your unique spot. So defend it when needed, with your lion's roar.

And respect the other in their own spot while you do.

Because this is where the magic lives. Two lions, each standing in their own truth, meeting. No one shrinking. No one conquering.

Just two whole beings, edges intact, seeing each other clearly. taken in Planet Earth by @tessa_visch

Union and merging can feel almost the same at first.

Both can feel like coming home. Like finally being seen or your body softening in someone else's presence.

In my own experience I found that the difference is whether you can return to yourself and keep feeling your own anchor.

Merging is when your edges slowly disappear and you lose your sense of self without the other, and eventually your sense of steady ground.

Union is porous too, you surrender to a deep coming together of field and resonance. And because of it you will change and open and grow. And a third field arises through it's surrender into eachother.

The difference is: you return home to your own anchoring.

To your breath.
Your body.
Your truth.
Your own ground.

Maybe this is why healthy union needs space. When we start breathing in sync, we also need to go through the phase of stillness of the breath:

Inhale. We meet.
Exhale. We return to ourselves.
Pause. We find stillness within. We integrate.
Return. We choose each other again. More whole.

There is a lot of talk about inner union, as if we need to become whole before we can truly meet another.

I think we also need each other to become more whole.
Relationship mirrors parts of ourselves we cannot always see alone. But for that mirror to stay clear, there needs to be enough space for self.

I think we are often drawn to people who embody something we are ready to remember in ourselves.

Their steadiness. Their freedom. Their softness. Their clarity.

At first we think we need them to access it. But that will make you dependent and you'll start to lose your edges and sense of self.

So ask yourself:

Can you become what you love about being with them?

Then a relationship becomes less about completing each other and more about remembering ourselves through each other.

Then you will be able to remain two people. With two anchors. And two separate perspectives of life. That polarity will keep the resonance healthy.

The test of union isn't how deeply you can merge.

It's whether you can find your own breath again.

And again.

And again.

WHAT IF REMEMBERING ISN'T ABOUT THE PAST?

I have spent decades exploring what it means to remember.

Past lives. Planets.
Ancient places.
People and places that feel more familiar than my mind could comprehend.

And I've come to believe remembering is not a journey backwards through time. It is a change in coherence. A change in resonance.

When we begin to resonate at a certain frequency, we enter relationship with the beings and patterns that carry that same resonance. And so we remember the parts of self that are relevant to the NOW.

We remember the native dancing barefoot on the dirt as we integrate our connection to Gaia and our inner shaman. We remember our Hathor self as we reconnect with our own capacity for sound and healing.

The memory arrives because something in this life is ready to carry it.

Everything you resonate with is a mirror. The being. The place. The person who feels more familiar than they should. The sound that opens something in you. You are not remembering something outside yourself. You are recognizing yourself in it.

Time is the illusion. There is only the now, and in it, infinite selves.
We don't come back to Source by erasing ourselves. We return carrying our difference. Our wounds. Our bodies. Our particular way of seeing.

Because in the end I believe we are all Source. And the journey is remembering every fragment of self, gathering them back, to return to the One. Ourselves.

So I think remembering is not going back.
It is our process of becoming.

Through remembering, we are meeting our future selves.

BECOMING THE TRANSMISSION

Most of the preparation for my group work happens long before I sit down to write the actual program.

Usually I have been walking with a theme myself for months, sometimes years.

When I put anchoring masculinity on the invitation for Return to your Origin on Sunday, I already knew I had lived and embodied enough of this theme to hold a group in it.

But always when I send out the invite and make the commitment, it also marks a new beginning for me.

Life starts refining the theme within me.

The eclipse. The full moon. Encounters and conversations. My body.

They all became mirrors for a deeper embodiment of the masculine and feminine within me.

It's also vulnerable working this way.

If I'm going to hold a transmission around the masculine, life will show me where my own masculine is asking to become more anchored. I get to meet that through my relationships, my boundaries, my body, my choices and my own edges.

For me, transmission comes through embodiment. Through knowing something from the inside. Through allowing it to move through my own body and life first.

And in the end, what I share is myself as a living example.

A living example of being in relationship with the work. Of continuing to meet what arises. Of allowing myself to be changed by what I invite others into.

As the workshop gets closer, my body usually asks me to slow down. I sleep more. I need less input. More silence.

I call it my download mode.

I've learned that when I listen, everything I've been living starts coming together. My body integrates, something settles, and slowly the shape of the workshop becomes clear.

Some things to know about me when joining an event or journey:

🪷 I am definitely not one of those holy-I -know -best- and- I -will -heal you- because -I -am- special- kind of facilitator.

Although I look pretty holy in this white scarf😏
And I am pretty special😂

(and I definitely have been one of those in the past)

🪷I love creating sacred spaces where our humanness is holy
(jokes, anger, joy, a bit of resistance, all is welcome)

🪷I walk my path, and invite you to join. You are welcome with your own wisdom. I take my natural place in this system but you are welcome to do so too.

🪷I am a priestess at heart. So during ceremonies I will take responsibility for templekeeping. I respect the natural order of coherence and co-creation.

🪷I love dancing in polarity. So when it gets too serious let's invite joy. When we had a deep sound session let's invite silence. When we've been together a long time, let's create some alone time.

🪷I can sometimes overlook the fact that star ancestors, different timelines, talking with pyramids is not in everyone's jargon or paradigm🫣

🪷I feel deeply guided when I am in sacred spaces or creating sacred spaces. And I am very grateful for that🙏

🪷I love to walk alongside others on this path of remembering. We are in this together♥️

Dear community,

So many are 'supposedly' meeting their twinflames right now. And who am I to know. Maybe they are.
And yes, it can be extremely disorienting. I've been there myself.
When you meet someone who reflects your own light so clearly, it can feel like coming home, and like losing your footing at the same time.

The twinflame theories out there name a lot of what people are really feeling but there is also a LOT of distortion out there. The way I look at it is through the eyes of resonance.

Some people come into our lives as mirrors because they meet the wave we send out. They reflect us back to ourselves and invite us to remember who we are.

More and more of us are meeting these deep mirrors now. Not to outsource our love to them, but to find our own way back to ourselves. And I guess we are meeting more oversoul mirrors now because we are closing a circle on earth. And we are ready for a new kind of Union to bring our purpose to life.

But I think the other doesn't feel like home because they are your home. They feel like home because they remind us of the pieces of our own light we'd forgotten how to hold. And yes, sometimes we share a similar originpoint.

I dont think all these deep mirrors are meant to stay.
Not all are meant to become romance.
Some come to wake us up, to bring us to a threshold, to show us where we've abandoned ourselves in the name of love.

And that's the question I'm holding for some years now:
Can I share my life intimately with someone without losing my color, and instead use this love to become more of my own unique palette?

Can I stay committed in love without abandoning myself?

More and more of us are walking with these questions.
Stepping into our own sovereignty, and finding it impossible to abandon ourselves anymore. isn't it neccsairy to find new ways of relating to stay true to ourselves?

On Monday the 31st, Alwin and I are opening a sacred space around exactly this.

We'll ask the field what wants to be seen, and make time for self-inquiry in small groups around love and sovereignty.
Monday the 31st, 8 to 10 PM, via Zoom.

Eventpage in my profile.

Would be great to weave with you there,

FINDING STILLNESS IN TOGETHERNESS

breathe out. . .

A precious moment alone in the tent, amidst a very cosy camping trip with friends and the children.

I've learned to retreat at least once a day to be by myself and breathe out all the input of the day....and breathe in some new energy for what's to come. Even 10 minutes can make a huge difference.

I used to be the one that always kept going, especially in groups of people where I enjoyed myself. I didn't want to miss anything. I liked the company. I wanted to be useful and help out. I always see something or someone that needs something.

Until I no longer could and my body stopped me. During my burnout I've learned to listen to my body first and honour my sensitive nature more. To take responsibility for me first.

One of the ways I do this is to create more small breaks in the day to turn my ON button OFF. A moment where I don't have to look after the kids, or think of work or someone else or the laundry or the dishes. A moment to just breathe. And let the build up input of conversations, thoughts, feelings come to a rest inside. No analysis, no insights, no healing, just being with myself, allowing what is , what wants to be felt. And the breath is such a wonderful tool for this.

One I always knew was powerful. But just this year really learned to use and honour in the way it deserves. It's so simple ...we can all do it....

Sometimes the most simple things are the most powerful.

NOT A THERAPIST

For years, I played a role that served me.
I was a therapist.
I held space.
I managed boundaries.
I tried to be neutral.

But my field was never neutral.
My soul was always resonant.
And my journey through identity has been a journey of release.

First, I resisted the therapist role, because I saw the inequality, the disempowerment, the pedestal it created for some.
So I became a healer, but soon realized that to "heal" implies something is broken, which felt like another form of disempowerment.
Then I became a coach, seeking to empower, yet still noticing how easily projection could distort the relationship.
Then I became a teacher, and learned to accept projection as part of the job.

The truth is, I was never meant to fit neatly into a box.
Some souls flourish within a form, and I honor them, mine simply asked to move differently.
My path has always been guided by resonance.
I follow the field: the living, breathing intelligence that moves through us all.

That's why I could never truly be a therapist, a healer, or a coach in the traditional sense.
Not because I don't care, but because I care too much to ignore the signals from the field, and from your higher self and mine.
My presence is meant to reflect, sometimes disrupt, embrace, and re-phase.

For a long time I saw it as a rejection of responsibility.
But now I see it's a reclamation of my own coherence, so I can serve in a way that's true to my soul and to the field we all walk in.

And I embrace what I truly am:

A sacred trickster, disrupting patterns to reveal truth.
A mirror, reflecting what needs to be seen.
A channel and weaver, bridging the unseen and the seen.
A priestess, anchoring the divine feminine into the field.

And most of all, a human. Just like you.

I am here to mirror coherence until you remember yourself.

Sometimes through my own imperfection and misalignment.
I trust that what comes from innocence, truth, and connection is always showing us what we need, and bringing us closer to the next step.

My heart is open to the path we all walk: the messy, beautiful, sacred spiral of becoming ourselves.

Solar Eclipse

I woke up with pain in my left ear, so I made space to listen.
I decided not to go outside and look at the sun because I was asked by my body to find stillness and listen from within.

But during dinner, exactly as the eclipse began,
the weaver, my higher self, took over.

I felt intuitive impulses
to speak in primal language,
to use my hands,
to let my innate state guide my body.

I surrendered to the influx of energy,
I became very hot
It moved through my spine
And filled my cells with light

I moved to my room,
took some specific crystals,
and walked outside.

First, a deep reverence for our Sun.
I bowed before her and said an inner prayer
I witnessed the light change,
and felt all the functions in my body come to deep stillness
just like the nature surrounding me.

The animals, the trees, the plants, the earth beneath me,
it all went still.

While my family buzzed around me,
Enthusiastically looking at the sun,
While eating or not so much eating dinner,
My focus was deep within.

I went to sit on the grass, closed my eyes,
and became deeply connected to the earth grid. I felt the earth was breathing through me and our heartbeats became one.

And while I connected to the earth and the sun, I received short flashes of insights and visions.

Like, confirmations of my past weeks but in very compact, coded drops of information landing deeper in the body. Things I already lived through but could receive now on a deeper level of inner knowing and embodiment.

Some examples.

“You are ready to stop bracing.”
“Surrender and allow the truth to enter your body”
“You can let your breath, heart and womb lead you.”
“Let the mind become still and clear, without narrative"
“You are a node in the grid, not separate, take your place and feel connected to all the resources you need.”
“Egypt carries your Origin Point, let your cells remember there.”

Then, as the light returned,
I felt my body and the earth slowly come back to life,
to light.

 Very grateful for this recalibration.

Happy Solar Eclipse to all of you,
hope you've enjoyed it in your own way.

CHURCH, TEMPLE OR HOME?

When I first started on this path of remembering and facilitating groups through transformational work in 2012, someone from my old school asked: "so you are kind of starting a church?"

At the time I laughed, and it also made me a bit angry, because the classical religions never felt empowering to me, and I didn't want to be dogmatic about anything. But over the years I began to understand his remark.

I love to create spaces where people remember their higher connection to spirit, to oneness, to their own higher consciousness.

I'm drawn to the places and people where I feel that connection.
I need devotional time every day to feel whole. Over time I started using intentional forms of prayer more and more: meditation, journaling, mantras, intuitive language, and actual prayer.

I started to long for a priestess life where the devotional work with temples and people and earth and sky is my actual life. Instead of a parallel life I have to fit in

I didn't choose to be like this. This life chose me. And for a really long time I tried to resist. Since Egypt I cannot fool myself anymore. I've remembered this is who I've always been.

And one of the things that I've always been is a deeply feeling person. I feel myself, others, and the earthly and cosmic world around me, deeply. It's been a burden and a gift. Today I wept at the water to release myself from being 'too much' with my feelings.

I guess that's why I made it my work to have compassion for all the feelings people bring into my sessions, and to help give ground to their sensitive feeling qualities.

For me, embracing my inner priestess archetype brings me that ground. Allowing myself to live in devotion, to create a life where that part of me can breathe deeply. That's where I come home.
That's what I invite for the next cycle. That's what I am breathing into my heart while connecting to Sirius.

One of my passions is to find the holy in everyday life, and connect my everyday life with the holy.

If you feel drawn to share some sacred time to connect to your higher consciousness and the divine, check out my latest offerings in my Linktree.
