Ik ben iemand die vooral bodybuilding doet,
dus 8km run? Not really my thing🤓😆

Maar dat is net waarom ik het moest doen.

Uit mijn comfortzone.
Mezelf uitdagen.
Groeien.

En hoe leuk is het om dat te doen met vrouwen rondom je die hetzelfde willen 🤍
Ik deed dit samen met Kimmeke 🩷
en Gwen & Louise gingen all-in solo 🔥

Girls die elkaar pushen, supporten en samen groeien…
that’s a different kind of energy ❤️‍🔥

Want ja.. Without goals to chase, life would be boring 🤪

En ja… mezelf ondersteunen met de juiste voeding & diploma heeft hier echt een verschil gemaakt 🤍

Sometimes I forget how far I’ve actually come. 🤍

The girl I used to be (more than 10y ago) wasn’t someone who went to the gym, followed a routine or really thought about her food and habits. And look at me now.

10 Years of showing up, learning, growing and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. And yet, I still catch myself focusing on what I could’ve done better instead of being proud of what I’ve already achieved.

Somewhere along the way, working out became so much more than just a passion. It became part of who I am. I NEED to move my body. To challenge myself, to feel strong, to see what I’m capable of. And honestly? Nobody gonna stop me now. 🔥

Not every workout has to be perfect. Not every race has to be your best. Sometimes, you just need to show up, move your fucking body and enjoy the fact that you GET to do this.

So this is your reminder, and honestly, mine too: you don’t have to be the fastest, the strongest or perform perfectly every time. Sometimes, you just need to look back and appreciate how far you’ve come. 🫶🏼

Be proud of yourself. You’re doing better than you think. ✨

And honestly, that’s what it’s all about. 🤍

You don’t have to be the fastest, the strongest or the best. You just have to show up, challenge yourself and keep pushing your own limits.

From 1:38 at HYROX to 1:28 at STYREKX, with even more exercises to get through. 🥹🔥

Progress isn’t always about winning. Sometimes it’s about proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you thought.

So stop comparing your pace to someone else’s. You’re already doing something that not everyone dares to do.

Be proud of yourself for showing up. That alone deserves a damn good round of applause. 👏🏽🩷
