Staying active beyond the classes I teach is so much easier for me in the summer when my body is warm and my gymnast joints aren’t so stiff 😅 When the summer comes around and im naturally outside moving more, I’m reminded how much better I feel physically and mentally when I focus on personal workouts I enjoy. (bonus—I’m playing outside with the kids the whole time and they love it) Since I spent my entire youth training these skills, I’ve always felt like I should practice and keep them as long as I can to honor the work I put in for all those years—thank goodness the sun is back and I’ve defrosted enough to keep going upside down ☀️ by @tessalee

&That’s a wrap on the Bailey family vacation in Tennessee 2025! Our first true family vacation in the books and wow were we blessed with an amazing trip! We really did do it all..we stayed in a cabin in the Smokey Mountains and adventured around cades cove and the tuckaleechee caverns, but also had plenty of pool time, a trip to Nashville to see the city, a day walking around the cute shops in downtown Franklin, and a morning at the zoo! The kids loved every second of getting to know their cousins and we were so impressed with how well they did with all our adventures! Now to recover and get back on this time zone 😅 by @tessalee
