Vi är i Ormens år enligt den kinesiska kalendern.
Ett år som ofta förknippas med djup förändring, att skala av gamla lager, se saker klarare och släppa det som inte längre känns sant.

Samtidigt är 2025 ett år 9 inom numerologin.
Ett år för avslut, för att knyta ihop trådar och låta vissa kapitel få ta slut på riktigt.

Och snart börjar vi närma oss Eldhästens energi.
Eldhästen står för rörelse, mod, passion och livskraft. Att våga ta plats, följa sin egen riktning och leva mer i linje med det som faktiskt känns levande. Mindre tvekan, mer framåt.

Women who remind you of your magic when you’ve forgotten it. Who make space for your joy instead of feeling threatened by it. Who tell you the truth with love, hold you when life gets heavy, and dance with you when life feels light.

There is something deeply healing about being surrounded by women who don’t compete, compare, or try to dim each other’s light. Women who simply say:

“I see you. I believe in you. You’ve got this. And I’ve got you.”

That’s the kind of sisterhood we want to create. And the kind we never stop choosing🩷

Sista tiden har jag inte alls haft lust lust att expandera.

Vill mest sova, bada, pussas och leva sakta.
Det har jag gjort med gott samvete.
Vi behöver inte alltid växa. En påminnelse till mig, och kanske dig om du behöver det.

Men vart är du i livet just nu?😍 Allt har ju sin charm, så länge man vet att allt är precis som det ska vara🧚🏼

1. 5 Week Recap
2. Invited the whole team to Amsterdam to celebrate my salon turning 10 years
3. Enjoyed a spa weekend and great company
4. Incredible sunsets
5. Hosted my first Wild Bloom retreat
6. Flew to Greece for some solo time
7. Continued on to a retreat and Wild Feminine training
8. Got to be a mermaid again

1. Stop waiting until you feel ready.
2. Put yourself in uncomfortable situations. That’s where growth lives.
3. Spend more time with people who inspire you.
4. Stop letting fear make your decisions.
5. Never speak to yourself in a way you’d never speak to someone you love.
6. Express yourself freely. No one’s opinion is worth dimming your light.
7. Stop consuming endless inspiration and start living what you already know.
8. Do the shadow work. What you avoid often holds the key.
9. Reconnect with yourself and peel away what isn’t truly you.
10. Trust your intuition more than other people’s advice.

Bonus: For me, breathwork, tantra, sensual embodiment and kundalini activation opened a whole new world.

I know there are a lot of queens here. What’s one thing you’d add to the list? 🧚🏼

The end of my Wild Feminine training.
Now watch me live it🙊😍

What a journey this has been.
Months of online calls, practices, reflections, studying, big emotions, new perspectives and layer after layer being peeled away… until we finally met here in Greece.

Being surrounded by women doing this work feels like such a gift.
To witness softness and power existing at the same time. To work with embodiment, connection, presence, the body, emotions, sensuality and truth.

I’m leaving inspired, expanded, emotional, cracked open and really proud of myself.
For saying yes. For following what called me. For daring to build a life that feels true for me.

The beginning of something very alive 🥰
