Thank you as always Nosara Six months of dancing and playing and surfing and friendship and sunning and being a beginner and nature and connection and weirdness and living in community and sometimes-overstimulating small-town things and lots and lots of fun and more dancing! On holiday ๐ŸŒž by @tessssmartin
Lately Iโ€™ve been drinking sunshine for breakfast, letting the goodness seep into my bones. Bathing in the magic. Lately Iโ€™ve been finding freedom in the release, the loosening of my knuckles. Discovering authenticity in all the messy corners. Throwing away the answers wrapped too neatly, too tightly folded in the pockets of self-awareness. Letting them fall open instead. Feelings arrive without naming, without analyzing, without performing. A โ€œshouldโ€ that once crept in, passes through, because it never belonged here. Handing it back - to society, or to the imaginary voice that slipped into my subconscious. Releasing what isnโ€™t mine. Following all of the yeses. The grounded and full-bodied, but also the whims and the glimmers and the gut feelings. The ones that donโ€™t explain themselves. Following the spiral inward. Towards myself, returning to softness. Dancing along a path that is uniquely mine. Not every moment for learning or meaning making. Sometimes just for living. Experiencing. Being. Here, now. And to simply be is enough by @tessssmartin
