Contract activity picked up across both boroughs, with 158 contracts signed in Manhattan and 108 in Brooklyn.

Buyer demand remained strongest under $1M in Manhattan, while Brooklyn saw its highest activity in the $1M–$3M range. Manhattan also recorded 19 contracts over $5M, reflecting a notable increase in luxury activity this week.

Brooklyn saw a 64% week-over-week increase, led by strong activity in South Brooklyn, while Downtown Manhattan remained the borough’s most active submarket.
