This is my GRACE story🥹!

The first time I watched it, I didn't know when tears started to drop.

For this and so many moments that I couldn't capture, Lord I am grateful!

I didn’t step into 2025 with a master plan.

I stepped into it with movement into a new city, unfamiliar rooms, and the choice to keep showing up even when clarity lagged behind courage.

I moved to Abuja with no guarantees.
Just conviction, faith, and a willingness to grow into discomfort.

Here’s what that growth looked like:

• Took on my first onsite role at @tiidelab after years of remote work
• Led end-to-end marketing across platforms while supporting US-based @mcnpartners events
• Received 3 onsite job offers in education & tech
• Co-organized a Remote Work Readiness Program with @mswitch_hub × @afrilabs (100+ participants)
• Transitioned into an Alumni Coordinator role at MCN, supporting 300+ fellows across 10+ countries
• Contributed to MCN’s Career Accelerator

Beyond work:

• Spoke to students at University of Abuja and Nile University on entrepreneurship & work readiness
• Hosted the @balanceunleashed Hangout (Abuja Edition)
• Supported a Bible competition for teens in Abuja @astrumfaithfellowship
• Led a career & business summit with 100+ professionals @clcabuja_ (If you’re looking for a church in Abuja, you’re invited, we’re well fed here.)

• Completed the Venture in Management Programme at @lbsnigeria sponsored by @janigeria
• Finally met Mrs. Ibukun Awosika, a full-circle moment 🥹

Most of this didn’t happen loudly.
It happened while learning on the job, navigating uncertainty, and choosing faith over fear again and again.

2025 reminded me that movement often comes before clarity.

If you’re entering 2026 feeling stretched or unsure, you’re not behind.
It gets better.

What did 2025 stretch you into? 👇🏽
On to 2026 ✨

Permit me to re-introduce myself 👋🏽

I’m Testimony Adebiyi.
Some weeks ago someone called me the LinkedIn Queen 😄 and yes, I help people optimise their LinkedIn profiles, but that’s only one piece of the puzzle.

What I really do is design and manage skills and employability programs that move young people from learning → livelihoods.

✨ I design youth-centered workforce and skills programs
✨ I speak and write about careers, employability & opportunity
✨ I help professionals position themselves for growth
✨ I partner with organisations building equitable education & youth development systems

If you’re building programs, platforms, or pathways for youth employment and skills and you’re serious about impact, we should talk 🤝

I’ve reintroduced myself… now it’s your turn 👇🏽
Tell me who you are in the comments.

I tried so hard to fit this into two minutes, but there’s just no way to capture how incredible the Young Professionals Bootcamp @theplatformypb truly was.

It was one of those experiences you genuinely wish didn’t have to end.

Imagine being in a room with people who collectively carry hundreds of years of wisdom and experience, and having the opportunity to learn from them firsthand.

Then imagine that while your mind is being stretched, your soul is being nurtured, your spirit is strengthened, and yes, even your body is well taken care of.

That’s what YPB was.

This is definitely one for the books.

Thank you, @pastorpoju for having the vision and the courage to build something this impactful.

Thank you to every faculty member and every volunteer who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to create such an exceptional experience.

Thank you very much to every speaker who poured without holding back into us.

And to every YBP Fellow, you made this journey unforgettable. The conversations, the laughter, the learning, the community… I’ll carry them with me for a long time.

Now it’s time to take everything we’ve learned and go out into the world to lead, build, and succeed.
