Great session today at @thisishometurf with my sister Sofia and David from @tetra_performance_training 🔥⚽️💪 We focused on hip movement, speed, agility, and getting off the ground quicker — all the small details that help you become a stronger, faster, more explosive athlete 🚀 Every drill had a purpose, and every rep pushed us to improve. One thing I love about training with David is that he knows how to break things down in a way that challenges you while also helping you understand why each movement matters 👊 Whether you’re an athlete trying to improve performance, get quicker on the field, or just looking for an intense workout, David is the guy to see 🙌 If you’re in New Jersey and want to get better, definitely check out David and Tetra Performance Training at Home Turf in Oakhurst 📍🏃‍♂️⚡️ He’ll get you working and feeling the difference 💯 #SpeedTraining #AgilityTraining #AthleteDevelopment #TetraPerformanceTraining #Homef ::: by @tetra_performance_training
