Looking back at moments like these always reminds me how grateful I am for this incredible journey.

I had the absolute pleasure of appearing in The Harry & Paul Show alongside the legendary Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse. Being part of such an iconic comedy series was a real privilege, and even more special knowing the show went on to win 8 British Comedy Awards.

Every role, no matter how big or small, has helped shape my career and my love for this industry. Over 20 years on, I still get the same excitement stepping onto a set as I did at the very beginning. Here’s to celebrating the memories, the amazing people I’ve had the honour of working with, and the many chapters still to come.

Looking back at some of the projects that helped shape my career. ✨

Back in 2004, I had the privilege of being involved in Keen Eddie—an experience that remains a special part of my journey as an actress. It was also wonderful to work alongside such a talented cast, including Sienna Miller, before she went on to become an internationally recognised star.

Every role, no matter how big or small, has contributed to the journey I’ve been on over the last 20+ years. Looking back at these moments reminds me how fortunate I’ve been to work with incredible people and be part of productions that have left their mark.

I’m so grateful for every opportunity, every set, and every chapter. Here’s to celebrating the memories and looking forward to everything that’s still to come. 🎬✨

CALM BEFORE THE STORM… 🎬✨ | UK CASTING DIRECTOR | LONDON FILM CASTING As I prepare for my next feature casting project, I wanted to share something with all the incredible UK actors and actresses who have auditioned for me before and all the talented performers I’m yet to meet through my next casting call. I’m not your usual Casting Director.

I started my career as an actor, so I know exactly what it feels like to walk into an audition room, stand in front of a casting panel and feel those nerves suddenly take over. That experience has shaped the way I approach casting today. I truly believe that kindness, humility and creating a relaxed audition environment are incredibly important. When an actor feels comfortable enough to take risks, connect with the character and forget about the people watching them, that’s often when we see the magic happen. ✨I’ve received outstanding self-tape auditions, only to see the same performer walk into a live audition and completely lose themselves through nerves. When that happens, I don’t necessarily write them off. I’ve told actors to leave the room, go outside, shake it off, run, walk, breathe and get back into the world then come back and show me the performance I know is in there. Because sometimes the talent isn’t missing. The nerves are simply getting in the way of it. My biggest audition advice for actors!🎭 Know your text.
🎬 Be completely off-book.
❤️ Own your character.
🔥 Make strong choices.
⏰ Give yourself plenty of time to arrive and settle.
✨ And when you enter that casting room own your space. Don’t allow your mind to overpower your preparation, and don’t let fear steal the performance you have worked so hard to create. When you know your material so well that you no longer have to think about the words, you give yourself the freedom to listen, react, connect and perform truthfully. That’s where the magic lives. ✨As a London Casting Director, there more exciting than discovering an actor who walks into the room and brings a character to life in a way you hadn’t even imagined. taken in London, United Kingdom by @tevmillcasting

Last year, I embarked on one of the most exciting creative journeys of my career—casting the feature film The Game. The moment I read the script, I knew this project had something truly special. It had all the ingredients of a powerful, unforgettable film, and I couldn’t wait to help bring those characters to life.

Following the loss of my previous Instagram account, @TevMillProductions, I’ve had to start again from scratch with @TevMillCasting. While rebuilding hasn’t been easy, it has given me the opportunity to share the entire behind-the-scenes journey with you—from casting calls and auditions to filming, editing, and everything in between. For me, storytelling doesn’t begin on screen—it starts long before the cameras roll.

Now it’s almost time… 🎬 The official trailer for The Game is coming very soon, and I honestly can’t wait to share it with you all. I’m asking for your support as we work towards an incredible goal of 10,000 sign-ups ahead of the film’s release. Every follow, share, comment, and sign-up will make a genuine difference in helping this independent feature reach the audience it deserves.

Stay tuned… my next post will reveal the trailer and all the details on how you can be part of this journey. Thank you for supporting independent filmmaking—it truly means the world.

Every film has a moment where everything changes…

After days of relentless filming on location, racing against daylight, weather, time and the unexpected, The Game finally arrived at the stage where every filmmaker holds their breath… the edit.

The cameras had stopped rolling. The locations had fallen silent. The cast had given everything. Now, thousands of moments had to become one unforgettable story.

One thing I’ve learned about working alongside the incredibly talented Blaize Mott is that creativity doesn’t stop when the cameras stop. Wearing multiple hats throughout this production, he took on the challenge of assembling the very first cut himself. Watching that first edit was a genuinely proud moment. It wasn’t just a collection of scenes anymore… it was a film finding its heartbeat.

It’s amazing how quickly the noise disappears after production wraps. The organised chaos is replaced with complete silence. Yet inside that silence lies the most powerful stage of all, where every cut, every pause, every piece of music and every emotion is carefully crafted to create something audiences will never forget.

Seeing The Game evolve from words on a page to performances on set, and now into a beautifully crafted first edit, has been an unforgettable journey. We’re one step closer to sharing something truly special with the world.

The story is only just beginning… 🎬

Every frame you see on screen begins long before the cameras start rolling.

Behind every successful filming day is meticulous planning, organisation, and a team working together to keep the production moving. On location, every minute counts. Daylight fades, night shoots have tight windows, locations have strict time limits, and every department has to work in perfect sync to keep the schedule on track.

Watching The Game come to life has been an incredible journey. With each scene we filmed, the chemistry between the cast continued to grow, the performances became even more powerful, and the vision for this feature film became clearer than ever. It’s those unseen moments behind the camera that help create the magic audiences will eventually experience on the big screen.

These behind-the-scenes moments are a reminder that filmmaking is never just about the final shot—it’s about passion, precision, teamwork, and believing in a shared vision. I couldn’t be prouder of what this exceptional cast and crew have created together.

The journey is only just beginning… 🎬✨

Some moments deserve to be remembered forever… and these behind-the-scenes photographs capture the very heartbeat of our journey.

As filming continued across the incredible locations of London, something truly special began to happen. What started as words on a page was transforming into a living, breathing story. With every setup, every performance and every frame, director Blaize Mott’s vision became clearer. His fearless creativity, intelligent storytelling and unwavering belief in this project inspired everyone on set. Working alongside an exceptional production team, he created an environment where every department could shine.

The dedication from our cast was extraordinary. Every actor brought authenticity, passion and emotion to their role, while our carefully chosen London locations, stunning cinematography and beautiful lighting elevated every scene into something cinematic. Watching it all come together was a proud reminder that filmmaking is built on trust, teamwork and a shared belief in creating something unforgettable.

These images are more than behind-the-scenes moments—they’re memories of a cast and crew giving everything they had to bring this story to life. We cannot wait to share what we’ve created with the world.

This was the moment it all became real. 🎬

Standing behind the monitor and watching our cast come to life on screen for the very first time is a feeling I’ll never forget. Months of auditions, endless decisions, and trusting my instincts had all led to this exact moment… and I knew we had something special.

The talent in front of the camera was exceptional, but it was the chemistry, screen balance and raw authenticity between every actor that made the magic happen. Every frame confirmed we’d made the right choices, and I could already see this film connecting with audiences.

Then came the vision of our incredible director, Blaize Mott. His creativity, attention to detail, carefully chosen camera angles and beautiful use of lighting elevated every single scene. He took this project and transformed it into something truly exciting, creating an atmosphere where every performance could shine.

This is only the beginning… and I genuinely can’t wait to share what we’ve created with you all. 🎥✨
