“I grew up my whole life a Texas fan and going to the football games, and even then I knew it was where I wanted to be. When senior year came and I got into Texas, it was an easy yes and I never looked back!!”

Tessa Neece (ΔΓ PC ‘25), shares why she chose UT:

“Growing up in Austin, I dreamed of one day being a Longhorn, and now getting to live out that dream has been more special than I could have imagined. Texas has given me lifelong friendships, endless opportunities and a community I’m so proud to be part of. Hook ‘em!“

“Texas offered such a good balance between academics and school spirit, so it was an easy choice. I’m also super happy to stay in Austin because this is the best city EVER!”

Addison Hale (ZTA PC ‘26), shares why she chose UT:

“Being a fifth-generation Longhorn, I grew up dreaming of going to Texas, especially watching my mom, who’s always been my biggest role model. From growing up going to football and baseball games to now working with Texas Basketball and pursuing a future in sports marketing, I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else!”

Ayana Challagalla (AΞΔ PC ‘23), shares why she chose UT:

“When the time came to choose where I would spend the next four years, Texas simply felt like home. I’m forever grateful for making that decision.“

Meet Emmie Cawood (ΔΓ PC ‘23), & Josie Howell (XΩ PC ‘23)! 💛

“Josie!! My study abroad roommate who quickly became one of my best friends! From sharing a tiny room in Barcelona for a month, to getting lost in the metro on the way to class, to weekend trips hiking in the Dolomites and touring Paris, we have made countless memories together that will last a lifetime. Studying abroad was one of my favorite memories of college and I am so happy I got to share that with you!! I am so grateful to have you by my side and here’s to many more adventures! I love you! Introducing our September Scholar of the Month, Cate Biard! 👩‍💼🧠

“At UT, she is involved in FRI’s Gene Networks research lab, where she gets to do hands-on research studying how the RBM6 N966I genetic mutation affects RNA splicing, the Kay Bailey Hutchison Energy Center Student Advisory Council, TULA, and Chi Omega’s Sisterhood Committee! Outside of UT, she is also a Westlake Young Life leader, where she gets to mentor and pour into middle school girls! This summer she interned under a general counsel for energy infrastructure!”

We had never felt more supported, loved and understood by a group of girls, until this particular group. They constantly bring positivity and joy into our lives.
