We had an incredible reunion weekend, coming to Austin for the Texas Crew 55th Anniversary. The alumni row is always the highlight of the weekend, where rowers from different eras come together and row as one. Even with a 35-year age gap amongst crew mates, it’s just like riding a bike and in no time the boat was skimming along with oars hovering above the water.

These moments bring back such awesome memories from our crew days, and reconnecting with fellow alums is so important. Don’t you miss being on the water and rowing with your team?

Most importantly alumni weekend is about showing up… it’s our responsibility to give back to the Texas Crew team, and inspire the next generation of leaders. Will you join us next time? Here’s a little reel from our row. Hook ’em Horns! 🤘🏼🚣🏿🐂

WHITE BOAT: c - Kathryn DeCourcy, stroke - James O’Leary, Carson Davis, Corey Credeur, Chris Bensch, John Swiggett, Patrick Naples, Monica Zisa, bow - Sydney Schriver

ORANGE BOAT: c - Wild Bill, Payton Brown, Niko Gies, Pete McCormick, Andy Gush, Matt Knifton, Meredith Orlando, Stacy Baugh, bow - Annie Linebarger

As Texas Crew shifts into summer recruitment mode, Texas Crew Foundation is kicking off our First Annual Membership Drive. This event will run July 18th-August 25th, the first day of classes for the upcoming fall semester. The Membership Drive is a crucial step in enabling Texas Crew Foundation to fund scholarships, coaching salaries, travel to regattas, and new equipment on an ongoing basis.

The Membership Drive is focused on recurring, monthly donations in order to better budget how TCF can support the team. Thank you for your continued support! Be on the lookout for more posts and emails regarding the fundraiser! taken in The University of Texas at Austin by @texascrew.foundation
