Different hometowns. One sisterhood. 🫂

From coast to coast, home looks a little different for each of us, but TXLS brought us together in Austin. No matter where we’re from, we’ve found a home in each other!

meet our fall ’26 historian Kelly Leung 🤍💫

Kelly is a junior Kinesiology major and she is a Fall 25 Lonestar from Houston, Texas.

Why Texas Lonestars?
“I joined TXLS because I wanted to find my people, feel like I belonged, and meet people outside of my major bubble. This organization has been the best outlet to step away from schoolwork, get active on campus, and make friendships that will last a lifetime. Looking back, I’m just so thankful for all the memories, and I’m extra glad I got to meet my amazing fam, class, and all these wonderful people!”

Short message to Fall 26
Get ready for an incredible adventure at TXLS! I hope you find your people, feel right at home, and make the absolute best memories.

We love you SO much Kelly and we’re so excited to see you thrive as historian this fall:)

meet our fall ’26 spirit chair Sophie Schulze! 🏈💫

Sophie is a junior Psychology BA major and she is a Fall ‘24 Lonestar from Houston, Texas!

Why did you go Texas lonestars?
“The moment I stepped into my first info session during my freshman year, I felt drawn to Lonestars. I loved each and every conversation I had with the actives, and although I was a little intimidated by the idea of joining a spirit org right at the start of college, I immediately felt comfortable with other Lonestars. I had so many great memories during recruitment, and those great moments have been in such abundance all the way from being a starlette to giving back to this beautiful organization on exec.”

Message to Fall ‘26!
Hi my future starlettes!! I am beyond excited to meet each and every one of you! I want you to know that we already love you so so much and are so excited to welcome you into Texas Lonestars. Joining Lonestars was truly one of the best decisions of my college experience and I encourage you all to be 100% yourself through all of recruitment and on because it’s super important that we all get to know you for you!! I am here for you always and can’t wait to see you grow and experience the magic that Texas Lonestars has to offer.

So unbelievably happy to introduce myself to y’all!! And sending everyone lots and lots of Lonestar love!!!

We love you SO much Sophie and we’re so excited to see you thrive as spirit chair this fall:)
