When I moved back to LA in October, I promised myself to do things I could only do in a big city, I chose diving. While only looking for a simple class, through a trampoline contact, I found master divers, a community of diving enthusiasts of all ages who train and travel the world to compete. Since I began, I have had access to the highest level of coaches available and while at practice have the feeling of being 12yrs. old again. My USC master diver colleagues, Kara and Luis, encouraged me to compete in the Croatian master divers event and helped find a coach for me in Greece to train. Here are the videos of my performance. I thought to only post the best dives but then I was reminded of the joy and humbling experience of falling flat on my face. Crashing and trying is better than not trying at all. So here it is! My latest joy seeking activity that reminds me to LIVE in the gift of a body I have and to cherish the activity void of result. The women I competed with were BAMF! Cheers to them and to the beautiful diving athletes I have as new friends🤟🏼. It was an honor to dive for the USA 🇺🇸 in an international event. FFT🌈💫💙💫🌈. Thank you for all support❤️. by @texasmeredith
